It's a really weird situation to me. This guy, worth billions, goes to a random seedy Spa in Jupiter instead of hiring a high-priced call girl. Why?

I am curious how they know he actually solicited sex. Two types of clients at those places. One that goes for a message and expects to pay the regular price--so they are soliciting nothing. It's 100% legal..
Then there's others that go there and during the message offer to pay more for something more than the advertised massage. That is soliciting and illegal.
Unless maybe the actual masseuse is the one with the body cam--and wow, would those photos be condemning--

But they can't arrest someone for just going there and paying for massage, as advertised, and not asking for anything else.

It looks like they had a warrant authorization for visual surveillance recording in the spa. "The alleged acts were reportedly all caught on surveillance video".

Just for the record though, places like this, and a lot of seedy/illegal places in general, love to record things that come in handy for blackmail against powerful people, because they're almost always fronts for criminal orgs.

They usually just write over/erase them if it's a nobody, but if it's a billionaire or a politician, that's better than gold. Kraft is either extremely naive or he thought he had some kind of agreement with the owner. A billionaire going into a massage parlor, what an idiot.

Apparently one of the massage girls was an undercover police officer.

He apparently propositioned her for “sex acts”.
