The NFL has been fair with him. We all thought there was a problem during last season. Reports came out he was in trouble. Turned out either wrong or they gave him yet another chance.

Looks like he screwed up. If he failed a test then he is suspended. If they are testing this guy 10 times a month then maybe he missed one. They have raised the amount that can be in your system before it comes up positive. But testing you a few times a week in the offseason would suck.
