You guys just need to chill. Stephen will emerge from hibernation in about 2 weeks with a list of players McClay likes for
cheap deals. Stephen will maximize the cap space we have available and fill some holes before draft time just like the

Crazy to think the last big name free agent we signed was Brandon Carr.

This sucks. Good players are out there and we are doing nothing.

And it isn’t like we have all the draft capital in the world. I really thought after reading for Cooper the front office would go all out this offseason to minimize the loss of the first round pick.

Instead we are going to put out exactly the same defense that allowed the rams to walk all over them.

The only saving grace is that this makes it harder for Garrett to make the playoffs, hopefully resulting in him being fired

You got me, I cant think of any of the top of my head. TO was on the Eagles team that went to the SB, but he was hurt and didnt play and they lost.

I think there might have been a RB from Washington we signed way back that had a ring, but I think he was Emmitt's backup and not a starter.

From the inside, the contacts to the O-Linemen are far from cheap. The Dez contract was far from cheap. The Tyrone Crawford contract was far from cheap, and in fact excessive for what he had earned to that point (or since). I think they look cheap in terms of chasing other team’s free agents, but they have paid out big to their own.

I really don't think it's just Stephen. The decision making in Dallas is a collaborative effort. This is a team philosophy since it's the same thing year in and year out. I guess this is a huge part of the problem. No one really knows who the hell does what? Stephens cheap, Jerry is Jerry and Garrett makes all the smart decisions. Then you can jumble that around on any given day depending on the situation.

Jackson was fine last year. Now he’s going to play opposite the best DT, arguably, in football outside Donald in Cox.

People acting like that wasn’t a solid move are just hindering at this point. The Eagles put a premium on DL and signed one today that makes them better.

Cowboys love to ignore the position. Certainly don't want to overspend at DT but very willing to overspend at every other position??? That's just smart management. Really works well for them.

Opinions are like a holes everyone has one and it’s not true. This happens every year and the teMs who looked like winners overpaying fat and others rarely do anything and within 3 years they are all gone and have dead cap space.


300 posts on drooling overs other signings is lAughable. Let’s check back in at years end and again in 3 years and rate these moves. Like the draft time shows what was real.

Most of the moves I’ve seen are parallel repayments for players tenas lost at the same positions and it’s simply a wash not making them truly better, just filling a hole with a comp players.

There’s time to grab a few players and draft well and go out and win.
