He's a DT. Watt's a DE and Clowney an OLB.

Probably a better fit in the Cowboys 4-3 than the Texans 3-4.

You see this same approach with some of their DL draft picks. The player starts his college career in a 4-3 then the team changes defense and he is not as productive in the new scheme. Probably would have been a higher draft picks if the scheme hadn’t changed. Seem to now be taking the same approach with DL free agents.
