He looks pretty good as a passer in this highlight vid

he only gets pressure in few plays, but he dealt with it.

I like Haskins and seen all his games. I am an OSU fan. He is accurate and has a strong arm. But I think he really needed to stay in college one more year. He needs to develop a littl more. Especially reading defenses. He can do it, but needs more experience.

At times, he struggles against better defenses, but he was improving as well. Especially later in the season he did better.

As for if he is there at 58 to select him, I don’t think so, because there will also be a DT or S there to take.
Dak is the QB. That has already been determined. He gets this year to prove he really is the QB, if he doesn’t get an extended contract by the start of the season.

I guess you can take Haskins, but now you have him to develop if Dak doesn’t do well. But then if a QB is there next year, do you take him too since we would jave a higher pick. Because you don’t know what Haskins will be, or Mike White?

So you take the defense player, pass on the QB.
And some team will take Haskins in the 1st round.

And why would you take him? See...this isn't so cut and dry. People may scoff @ this notion...but It could be a real possibility. I've been doing my mock drafts...and I got him slipping....and I don't see anybody taking him in the 1st.

So you have him slipping in your mock drafts, so therefore in reality no team will pick him? So we can?

Heck in my mock drafts, I could have us signing him as an UDFA, but it won’t happen.
I could have us trading up to take Nick Bosa too, but it won’t happen.

Not happening.

I would have never guessed Randy Gregory falling to our pick either. He was top 5 throughout the draft process. Where was he selected?

Pick 2/60....in the 2015 draft

Where do we pick this year???? Pick 2/58.

It's possible....that's all I'm saying:popcorn:

Especially if the Cards pass on Kyler Murray. That starts the chain reaction of QBs falling....in all my mock draft scenerios. And I think steam is building that the Cards actually pass on Murray.

Do you draft him to replace Dak?

Just look @ it this way....Your saving money by not extending Dak...and giving him Tony Romo money...which he isn't worth it.

Rumors are floating around that he may be slipping.

heck yes....absoltuley yes....but that's impossible. he will got top 10...worst case top 15......but no way in heck he falls to bottom of the second....

If he slips that far, then there are serious problems and should be avoided.

Don't be silly. If we draft a QB like that he has to compete with Prescott just like Prescott competed with Romo. He would start out competeing with White/Rush. Do you think he would sign here with those constrictions and restrictions? Not too ******* likely! It is a meritocracy isn't it? In other words you gotta earn it Floaty and he hasn't earned anything yet!
