Versatility – Tony Pollard is Mr. Versatility. He’s aligned at every receiver position, produced as a traditional running back and is a dynamic kick returner. While not asked to do so at Memphis, I’m willing to bet he’d find success as a punt returner too. He’s found success on deep, intermediate and short passes, can run routes out of the backfield, and play running back in an instant. His body type and natural feel truly allows him to play multiple roles when asked.

9 rushing tds
9 receiving TD
7 return tD

One fumble lost

Looks to be the new gadget guy who actually can play legit RB when zeke needs to be spelled.
don't care about the fumble lost, what is his fumble count?

Ehhh pick.

It doesn’t tip the needle one way or the other. I knew they were going to take a TB and there were others that I liked better.

But this coaching staff has had a boner over these pseudo TB/WR types like Dunbar, so I am not surprised we took this guy.

Much rather have Weber or Williams and have selected Isaiah Johnson at this pick

Hes not a backup RB. He is a gadget back and special teams play. Change of pace.

If the Cowboys wanted a legitimate backup, they would have taken a different guy. If Zeke goes down or gets suspended, this guy is NOT going to carry the load.

In your opinion.
A 4th round RB who is fast and is a great pass catcher out of the backfield and a noted KR.

What don't y'all like again?

Great pick.

Red flags: ZERO.

Love the player and the pick.

Don't really like or dislike the player. Hate the position. Hate we took him over other players in more needed spots. Really hate the idea of Dallas drafting him... they have no clue how to use someone like him.

Wasted pick.

Huge reach IMO
Did jerry lock himself in the war room by himself and a bottle of jack again like in 2009?

Garrett said on air that they spent a lot of time with this player. Moore wanted him bad for the new offense. They took him before any other defensive player available.

Because you might have gotten him much later.

People like to poo poo this stuff but where you take a player is fairly important too.

It was said they liked Isaiah Johnson, the CB from Houston. Possibly took Pollard thinking Johnson would be there a few picks later. He wasn’t and we traded out.

It was a late 4th. We need a scatback/KR badly. Why would you think this was wasted?
