Eagles are getting ripped off...they're paying Wentz 25m plus a year..Cowboys are only paying dak 2m..those guys are idiots in Philly

Reminds me of when I watched Man of Steel a number of years ago.

“It’s not an S, on my world it stands for hope.”

“Hope starts with an H, stupid.”

I don’t want the Cowboys to be in QB search hell either. But I haven’t been complaining about his impending contract for months now like some
Other folks. Lol
You're right. I don't feel they are settling for Dak. I believe if you get into that qb search the best you can hope for is a player the caliber of Dak and the chances of that of happening are slim. I known people are in love with Herbert and Tua and whoever else but let me remind you that once upon a time ago people were in love with Matt Leinhart, Joey Harrington, David Carr...........

this is non-sense because it doesn't factor in Wentz salary figure for next 2 years. That 32 mill year avg only starts in 2021. Totally misleading. Wentz is now the #6th highest paid QB when you include what he will get paid for 2019 & 2020 season.
True, but agents, players, NFL, nflpa, sport trac, otc, none judge it that way.

I agree and have said before when people cry about Dak getting extension and cry about the numbers being reportered or guesses in here, You have to include the year left on his current contract. If you do, then numbers are different. But anytime a player signs an extension with year/years left on his deal it looks a lot different and better if you include those years with the extension to get the avg annual.

I agree. I know he isn’t perfect. I know he still has things he needs to improve. But I believe in Dak.

Maybe I’m wrong. But I think he is good enough to win a SB. Even with a long term contract for big money.

And you’re right. For some reason some people seem to have no concept about how many first round QB’s either totally bust, or never play better than Dak has so far.

He has the desire to get better. HE works hard. This organization IMO has finally given him a much needed boost at the receiver spot and have depth on the offensive line. Now let's see him flourish.

Bloody hell, this site is going to be MENTAL when Dak gets his next contract. Can't wait to see it. I need to get my oats ready haha.

Why don't you tell us what the proper reaction for a player that by all respected accounts is middle of the pack at his position getting nearly 20% of the cap?

The "caliber of Dak" is a funny statement. There were about 3 qbs come into the league the "caliber of Dak" just last season.

That's like saying let's go out and eat dinner at a place that's the caliber of Ihop.
