Being more aggressive late in games and conservative early is exactly what makes Dak a dink & dunk QB lol

If the point is "He's not dink & dunk late," you're saying that he is for...the rest of the game.

Now that is a valid point.

...There is a stat out from 2018 somewhere there in Google-Land....reads something like...
Prescott has a 33 percent completion percentage, but an NFL-low 40 percent on-target percentage (12-of-30). deep throw 2018.
While that is certainly not a positive stat by any means...luckily he has many other positive stats and traits.
As far as the deep throw being off...He never played much under center until the NFL, and his sloppy footwork
showed that...He has been trying to improve his footwork since 2015...it will definitely help his accuracy in the
passing game, as well as the deep ball to do so.

I believe Kitna will help Dak accomplish that...I see a very good season ahead because Dak is a student of the game
and wants to improve, he wants to be the best...nothing wrong with that attitude.
And you keep a good team all around him....watch out...

Of course this only says "late in close games", but are they games where the team is ahead or behind? Naturally a team that is behind in late in a close game will be more aggressive than one that is ahead late in a close game.

He is not a dink and dunk as much as many want people to believe.
But stats don't fit their agenda, so therefore are ignored in their world.

Also look at the play caller at times and not so much the QB. Though Dak has his faults, but lets see how and if they have been corrected come regular season. As we know we won't see him in the PS games.

Zeke is the leading WR.

If Dak is a "dink and dunk" QB, then what do you call all these QB who don't let it loose late in close games?

Late & Close
15+ yard targets as a % of total attempts
Prescott 16.4%
Watson 9.8%
Manning 9.7%
Carr 9.3%
Darnold 9.0%
Wentz 9.0%
Ryan 8.8%
Mayfield 8.6%
Winston 7.2%
Luck 7.0%
Stafford 6.2%
Keenum 5.4%
Cousins 4.0%

His deep attempts per game is far below his contemporaries.

On fewer attempts his efficiency has been good. But because of scarcity each play has disproportionate influence.

Is live for someone to make the argument that Dak stretches defense with his arm with a straight face

Dumb stat without context.

What does “close games” mean?

The tweet in the OP was extracted from a longer thread in which it was specified that the sample included attempts when the margin was 8 points or less in the 4th quarter or OT, commonly known as "late & close."
