Stephen Jones named his Top 5 WRs:
1) Cooper
2) Gallup
3) Cobb
4) Austin
5) Brown

Leaving Wilson, Johnson, Davis, Smith and Guyton playing for 1 spot.

Cedrick Wilson is a versatile WR. He looks like a veteran already. I was happy to see the coaches let him punt return...he returned a KO too, made catches in the slot (standing 6'3). Hope #16 is healthy today...he needs to add to his momentum.

I do to but this idiot coaching staff has a woody for Noah because he’s a decent blocker

I like jonvay ability to run routes he’s crisp and he gets open but his stone hands may be his undoing

It’s not because he blocks. It’s because he plays STs at a high level. And since that’s overwhelmingly where most of a WR5/6’s snaps are going to come from, it’s not idiocy, it’s smart.

For some strange reason Austin seems to be a lock. Makes no sense to me. WV was a long time ago. If true hard to see Wilson be anything but a PS guy. Can’t happen, right?

Wouldn't be surprised to see Wilson surpass Austin. Given Austin's injury history I don't expect him to play 16 games. Heck it will be a surprise if we get 10 games out of him..

While he does play special teams it’s also because he’s a good blocker they have said as much. I believe that limits play calling whenever he’s in game the defense knows his role

It’s not smart it’s predictable as others can play special teams but that’s my opinion and yourbentitled to yours as well

I have no idea why they like brown, the dude is slow and can't catch .you can't keep a WR just for blocking.

You’ve seen the team say that the reason Noah Brown is on the roster is because of how he blocks on the handful of offensive snaps he gets as opposed to the regular ST snaps that make up his primary contribution to the team? I don’t think I’ve seen those same quotes.

Even when he’s in on offense, though, they’ve shown they will throw to him. If you have an issue with his offensive snaps, it should probably be with his drops.
