He's apparently pretty arrogant and keeps to himself.

Dak goes to western stores with his punter, ego buys Dak his first pair of Cowboy boots.

I love that about Dak. He's everybody's teammate, not just the stars.
ego?

Just because Wentz keeps to himself doesn't mean his arrogant. But it does mean that he has a hard time getting along with his team and may not be comfortable where he is. Especially in Philly where they want to hang you and blame you for everything that's going on in their life.

Wentz is a talented player. But the responsibilities of being a leader is weighing on him and I don't think he is able to handle it.

The proof is in the pudding. Does he lead his team to victory. No. So something about his leadership is failing.

As a Wentz homer myself... Dak is just outplaying him by a lot right now.

I still think Wentz is miles more talented then Dak but Dak is getting results and Wentz isn't.

Hopefully that continues and they take an L to Green Bay this week.

I believe Wentz is a superior athlete to Dak.

I think he pales when comparing what's between their ears.

How is he a superior athelete? Does he run faster, jump higher? Does he take hits better? Is he more elusive?

He has a stronger arm. Ok. But he is less elusive, less durable, not as fast on his feet, etc.

I think Dak is a better athlete all around.

Yes I agree. He is having trouble leading and he isn't handling the pressure too well. I'm thinking in the next two to three years he will announce his retirement - just like Andrew Luck.

Posts like these never age well, especially when it dawns on clueless Dak slobberers that Wentz will also get to play the Giants and Dolphins.

Remember the Wentz supporters on here who rushed to praise him after coming back over the Skins and looked to rub it in the faces of those who are making fun of Wentz against the Skins earlier. ATL is looking far from a playoff team right now and Wentz lost to them.

If not for the last half of 17 and first half of 18 this would not even be a debate. Dak is better. Deal with it.
I’ll take it a step further.

Imagine if Dak was the #2 overall pick and Wentz was the 4th rounder. Everything else since 2016 stays the same.

Would anyone even DARE argue that Wentz is the better QB?

Sick of this topic. You can win with either qb if surrounded by talent and competent coaching. One guy has proven to be more durable however and availability is a premium often ignored...

I would argue that you can be surrounded by talent and still not be clutch. I would not take Wentz because I couldn't trust him in the last 2 minutes of a game.

So Wentz needs talent around him.

Weird.
Wentz threw a perfect ball to win the game, and the receiver just dropped it.

There were 7 of the ugliest drops you'll ever see in that game. At important moments, too.

It was only a matter of time before the Wentz excusers show up.

I can't stand this "Give Wentz what Dak has right now, and he'd be doing great too" nonsense. Give Dak what Wentz had in 2017, and I guess he'd win a Super Bowl too. Foles proved that it wasn't Wentz who made the Eagles so good. You're telling me Dak couldn't be as good?

Dak outplaying Wentz hasn't just been going on recently. You can blame it on the dropped passes and the injuries, but Wentz hasn't always had these issues and he's still underplaying Dak. For most of their careers, Wentz has had better weapons than Dak. Maybe now, you can argue Dak has better weapons but still it's not like Wentz ever had weapons as bad as Dak had in 2017 or early 2018.

But they'll continue doing those mental flip-flops. And then the others are just butthurt that the original position they stuck with in 2017 "OMG Wentz SO MUCH better and SO MUCH more talented than Dak" is crumbling as fast as their credibilities. Jealousy is a hell of a drug. :lmao:
