Chili for tonight. Be ready about 8:30. Don't know what I'll have for lunch. Something to keep me going till then. lol

Well, it's gonna be a long day. Gonna have lunch at my brother's house and then having some mango habanero wings with carrot and celery sticks for the game. Nice and simple. What's on your plate tonight? Go Cowboys!!!!
BTW, I hate night games!!!! Makes for a long day!

Normally I'd have something on the spit for a night game, but I'm having one of those bad Metformin weekends.

I'm going to go try a new Italian restaurant for lunch.They have a lasagna, fetaccini alfredo and chicken parmesean combo plate I want to try.
Bread sticks with marinara for dipping and a salad.

For dinner I have no idea just yet.

Put them on a smoker and walk away...

I usually do around 4 hours on the smoker and then wrap the ribs before putting it back for another hour to hour and a half to finish off.

I remember the 1st time I got my granddaughters to try crawfish. The older one (Ms. Adventurer) took a little while, but she finally got into it. The younger one still won't get near a crawfish. That was back when they were 6 & 8. They're both getting close to High School now.

Just got the news from my wife - tonight it's home made enchiladas.

Nice menu. I’m thinking about putting some chicken on the smoker.

Probably will run out and grab something at some fast food place. My once a month or 2 months thing to do.
And it will not be Whataburger. . Had to throw that in there for Whataburger fans.

I have some more Jack Daniels BBQ pulled pork to heat up though too. Actually that may be it now that I think of it. But it will be far before game time.
