I still think Dallas is not as bad as they looked today and GB is not as good as they appeared to be.

I believe Dallas is the better team and that the Cowboys will win more games than GB this season.

How many times in the Garrett era have we come in unprepared?

The answer. Too many.

The problem with having an "attaboy" owner is you can't have an attaboy coach too (or a nice guy like Wade). The Cowboys players have to have someone who is going to make them perform and actually fear consequences. No more guys with catch phrases or think the ball or calls didn't go our way.

Marinelli is a dinosaur. He's proven time and time again that he can't stop modern day, spread-impacted offenses.

The team's ridiculous unwillingness to believe in run-stuffing 1Tech's as if they were Santa Claus is killing the team.

The team's constant undervaluing of the safety position is a also holding this team back. Heath and Woods are far below average and offer nothing.

But more than anything, my original point stands. This team doesn't fear consequences. They have apologists for owner, head coach, and unfortunately, most of the fanbase. I've already seen too many fans say how we "never gave up" and competed til the end. Where's the accountability for not being ready to play until the end of the 3rd quarter?

No words really. Second week in a row this team beat themselves. Defense sucked but they probably win this game without all the stupid errors. My takeaways:
1) You can't blame Jason for everything but he, once again, did not have this team ready to play. Just when you want to believe this team has changed they pull this.
2) The INT Dak threw against Miami wasn't a killer but his two picks today were. You can't turn the ball over against Rodgers. He doesn't make mistakes. I'm glad Dallas got a few cosmetic scores. Dak did not look confident out there. It kind of reminded me of the Atlanta game.
3) Can this team not give Cam Flemming help? Connor Williams sucks. Let's call it like it is. I hope Tyron Smith can come back soon and that McGovern is able to contribute this year. Now we know why they drafted him. I hope La'el's injury isn't serious. He has been great this year.
4) DeMarcus Lawrence had only one tackle today. 1. He is this team's highest paid player. This could very well go down as the worst contract in Cowboys history. This whole defense was awful. But I thought we was supposed to be our leader. Linebackers sucked too. Secondary-all around crap performance. Can we please let Marinelli go??
5) This team needs to bring in kickers this week. Brett Maher missed a gimme at the end. That 54 yd FG was a must make given the circumstances.
6) I think the one thing I was most upset was this team looked dead when they were down 14-0. Where was Dak and Zeke? They had their heads down pouting. Aikman and Andrews called them out. It is supposed to be their team now. #421????

I said all week this wasn't a must win. Next two are. You have to beat Philly at home. Jets get Darnold back and you know they are pissed with the luck they have had all year. Season isn't over but you hope this wasn't a game that changes the season for the bad. They have to look at themselves in the mirror. They are NOT a Super Bowl contender at this moment. I'm not sure if they can with this coaching staff either. I'm so sick of the Dak-Aikman, Zeke-Emmitt, Amari-Irvin comparisons. Those three would not have lost a game like this and if they were losing big they wouldn't be pouting on the sidelines. They would be walking around asking what the hell is wrong with you guys?

I don't care how many calls went against the team, it is up to them to take care of business on the field. Aggressive boxers usually get the victory. Dallas has ineffectively been counterpunching for a number of years.

I know it's early in the season, but this loss was really bad. We came out and stopped Rodgers first possession. The offense looked like it was gonna ram it down the Pack's throat. Then a turnover happens, and it seemed we gave up. There was no fight in us until toward the end of the 3rd qtr. That falls on the entire coaching staff.

What about last week against the Saints? What's the excuse when we play the Patriots, Bears, Lions Vikings, Eagles?? Still terrible coaching Still lack of talent starting at QB! Let's be thankful JJ didnt pay Dak! Now we know why.

The got spanked at home against a team that can't stop the run and was missing their #1 WR.

Can we talk about Maher? Omgoodness, dude needs to go. He's no Bailey.

Our run defense is suspect.

Glad to see Gallup back and in the mix.

Seems like a sparse post game thread. Too many too angry to post.

Once you take the black pill, these games won't get you down.

I'm getting kind of sick of the league. Officiating is abysmal. Totally takes the fun, and the caring, out of the game.
Right-0n BROTHER man,,, & for a long time, they'd been finger-fiddlin' in that regard to,,, lol,,, " live& upcoming at the 11'o'clock report: "Jason Garrett? Locker room cancer,,,yes/no?",,,,:lmao:
