This, and the imaginary MVP award get thrown around a lot in this debate. I don’t believe either are true.
I do still think a majority of NFL GMs would give Wentz the nod. But actual performance, injury history, and the questions about Wentz’ leadership have eaten into that lead of the last couple of seasons.
I love when people think they know what 32 nfl front offices think.
I also love when people try to hand out MVP trophies to injured guys, whose team didn’t skip a beat without them.
I also love when people call somebody a Super Bowl champ despite the player never taking a single snap in an NFL playoff game.
I especially love when sacks because a stat against the QB when it comes to Dak, but stays a stat against the offensive line for other QB’s.
