PFF has ranked Heath 2 or 3 times so far this season as being one of the highest rated performers on defense. The Cowboys coaching staff obviously feels the same way since he not only is a starter but a team captain as well. Obviously, their judgment on Heath's performance is much different than yours. One, I don't put a ton of value in PFF grades.
That being said, he has a rating right now of 67 which is kind of average for a S. In fact, they have a stat that shows he's been targeted 24 times and let up 20 catches, which rank him 3rd worst amongst safeties. So where are you getting this PFF rating that they have him as one of the best safeties in football?
