Yep, another good move by the Pats.
It all starts from the TOP and ours is Jerry.....

Is this a move you would want? It isn't a move Dallas needs right now. The positions of need for Dallas are not available for a 2nd. A 2nd rounder for a 30 year old receiver. Sanu has been a steady player, but nothing special. The Patriots tend to miss in their evaluation of receivers unless they are shorter than 5'-10".

With the Pats success in the last 20 years, it's very easy for them to get quality players, same as it was for Dallas in the late 60's - early 80's, guaranteed a playoff appearance and probably the best chance of any team to get a ring.

Sanu's a bit old, but he won't have to be the no. 1 receiver, or even the no. 2, just a role player and he's plenty good enough for that.

As usual New England has a "patsy" (pun intended) schedule, not only do they get to play in a perennially weak division, seems just about every year the NFC division they play has a down year, like this year they get to play the NFC East, with the Commanders at 0-6 and the Giants 2-5 and Philly a 3-4. They don't have to play the NFC West, with the Rams, etc.

No doubt they're an excellent team, but having this year played teams that are a combined (after taking out NE's win over them) 12-47 or something like that, same as with Dallas after the first 3 games, haven't played anybody of any note.

We'll see how good that defense is when they have to play us. Might be they'll shut us out or hold us to 10 pts or less, too, but to me they've not proven how good they are, playing the 0-6 Commanders, 0-6 Dolphins, the 1-6 Commanders and such...

Everyone will see and get ready as it won't be a pleasant experience for you as 6 pack Dak will miss the days of the bottom-dwelling defenses....
I think you need to take some Pepto, because you seriously have a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth!

I can't wait to see you eat crow. Make sure you show up and take it like a man, Pappy. Brady and the Patriots have yet to face the top talented QBs in the league, but it's coming!

Ian Kenyon (@IanKenyonNFL) Tweeted:
Patriots' QBs faced weeks 2-7:
2. Ryan Fitzpatrick
3. Luke Falk
4. Josh Allen
5. Colt McCoy
6. Daniel Jones
7. Sam Darnold.

Patriots QBs faced weeks 8-13
8. Baker Mayfield
9. Lamar Jackson
10. Carson Wentz
11. Dak Prescott
12. Deshaun Watson
13. Patrick Mahomes
