Would anyone give us a 1st for Zeke?

I doubt the Jets could get a 3rd round pick for Bell next year. Bad contract and nutcase.
I doubt the Rams could get a 3rd round pick for Gurley next year. Bad contract and arthritic knee.
I doubt the Cowboys could get a 3rd round pick for Zeke next year. Bad contract and off-field trouble magnet.

Crazy to pay RBs $13-15M in this age of passing and RB by committee. Jerry caved and overpaid for Zeke.
Melvin Gordon will be available next year as a FA. Some young RBs are doing well this year. Pollard and Sanders, and AZ Rb, who got hurt, are proof that you can get good RBs in the later rounds.

Would have been interesting to see if they had been able to trade him what it could have been. I think 2nd would have been optimistic, probably like a 3rd and 5th.

I think by now, its obvious to everyone that Zeke is no longer a top tier RB.

-Does anyone still think the 90 million dollar contract was worth it?
-Does anyone think that we could trade Zeke if we wanted to, if so, what could we get?
-Are there any people, besides me out there that thinks that Pollard has what it takes to be better than Zeke at this point?

You do understand that Dak is having a career year because teams are game planning to stop Zeke right? I’m not saying Zeke is as good as he was in 2016, but we are turning into a Romo type passing team again because of Zeke. Also, we do not win the game yesterday without Zeke. Y’all crack me up with this nonsense....

Gurley was able to switch it on Sunday, but I think EzE got used to being lazy.
Idk it seems unnatural that someone would get lazy with the football In their hands. instinctively you wanna get away from the guys trying to hit you

Well I wasn't in favor of giving Zeke that type of contract, not this year. I would have let him sit. That said, he is signed, he is a Cowboy and will be for a long time. Zero point in even discussing it.

The logic in the OP is hilarious, but very common.

"Hey, this dude stinks, give me a first!"

It looks like Elliott lost his confidence. He can get that back. I like Pollard. I was never a big Elliott fan. But I don't think he's done

Not after this season. At this point we should just hope for our OL to get their stuff together in the run game and hope that Tony P gets enough run to be an effective change of pace to give the other team different looks.

He lead the league the last 3 years? If he never had it no one has it

The greatness of the Oline in 2016 made him look better than he was. Missed 6 games in 2017. 2018 with the continued Oline problems he lead the league in carries by a lot. Touchdowns were way down. Long runs down. Just cant do it anymore

You guys are funny. Put Zeke running against our spaghetti strainer defense and he’d have 150 yards every game. Have you seen how when he gets to the hole there are usually 2 or 3 defenders waiting for him? And he still manages to carry them a few yards anyway.
