Why should Garrett not get fired?

  1. He was correct with kicking the FG down the stretch. Dallas received the ball back with plenty of clock, The tripping call was a back-breaker.
  2. He has kept the GOAT around despite fans (Heath)
  3. He has a positive outlook.
  4. It was cool watching him throw the ball around with Staubach when he was a kid.
  5. His wife's name is Brill
  6. He graduated from Princeton
  7. He has red-hair.
  8. The high fives
  9. Claps off-beat, which I also love doing
  10. He helps the economy by driving up the sale of alcohol and Xanax
That's all I got.

Hilarious.

On a serious note I can’t see Jerry doing any thing until we are eliminated from playoffs or contention. He’s a eyes wide shut optimist...
Some guys are really good at something and make boatloads of money and some are stupid lucky....

He makes Jerry comfortable?

So you have given us 10 reasons why he should be fired immediately beyond the fact that he generally sucks at coaching.

There is a small chance this team could go on a run. Firing Garrett now is giving up on the season so I don't see the point.

After the season, Garrett needs to go. JJ is totally on board with that. You don't even have to be a mind reader. Its completely telegraphed. IMO, the only thing that saves Garrett is a NFC championship game and maybe the bar is higher than that.

What has happened in the first 11 games makes you think we could go on a run?

I believe that Jerry is a business man before anything else. He likes to play at being a football guy, but he IS a businessman.
And now, finally I believe after 10 years Jerry feels JG is detrimental to his brand’s value. I will be very surprised if Garrett is renewed after the season.

Jerry is afraid JG will do better with a owner who doesn’t meddle. He won’t fire him he’ll go to the grave with Garrett.

Wouldn’t it be crazy if after Jerry fires Garrett he does a tell all about how Jerry undermined his authority and caused his own demise? Nah....:p

This is the biggest criteria for Jerry- not who helps us win but who makes him most comfortable. How many stupid losses does it take to make Jerry “uncomfortable”?
I wander if Jerry really HATES losing? Do you think he really really really hates it ? Does it motivate him to change himself so that he will win?
Or does he enjoy winning if it happens, but really he just likes a good show..

I think at this point everyone wants him gone. Even his own family want him gone probably for his own sake. He probably deserves better as does our fans. We really need a new owner and GM.....make McClay the GM.
Lol....Garrett the victim.

You really are pathetic. A Garrett sympathizer without question.

Winning isn't a priority with Jerry. He wasn't satisfied with winning Super Bowls in the 90's when Jimmy was large and in charge and in the spotlight. He wanted to win but with himself being in control and the face of the franchise. Being in control and comfortable means more to him than winning.

Garrett was done after the third 8-8. Jerry held to a losing prospect after that.

The fact that he didn’t get an extension speaks volumes...Jerry will do the right thing after this season...it’s time. Tonight was too eye opening. Does he even talk to the team during the game?

I hope. Deep down I don’t hate JG l.:well a little...but we have a pattern that needs change!

He's a clown and works for a Circus Ringmaster.

A lot of us want Garrett gone, a few of you don't. Those of you that still support Garrett, why? Serious question, what do you see that we don't?

I've literally racked my brain for 20 minutes...and I got nothing.

He doesn't even coach up the QB anymore. Not having Dak ready for rainy weather today...that's the last straw for me.

Poor game management.....check

No adjustments.....check

Poor clock management...check

knowledge when to challenge a play...Nope

Makes players accountable?.....Nope

Makes coaches accountable?....Nope

Draft knowledge....None

How he handles the media????......fail
