If Dak's greed keeps us from signing Amari it will come back to bite Dak.

What is wrong with people?

Dak's 'greed'? Last I checked, he doesn't own a piece of the team. Dak - and every other player in the league - should maximize their earnings during their short time in the league.

What is it that you do? Maybe the company you work for could by a new piece of equipment that would make someone else's life easier if you would just take a pay cut and quit being so greedy.

If Dak gets the mega-deal saying goodbye to good players will become a usual experience the next 2 seasons!
Jerry football 101 and then you think those 24 years of hunger are just bad luck!
That is a fair point @PAPPYDOG!

But good teams continue to draft well. We have been a very good draft team until Taco and Hill.

Good riddance, byron.

The first play you make at your next destination will be 1 more than you made here in Dallas.

Have you thought that maybe Amari doesn't want to sign till he knows who QB1 will be?

I have 0 faith in Dak and in Jerry FO.
Sorry after 24 years of misery and this season is NO exception allow me to doubt your optimistic statement above.

P.S.Honestly at this point a lot of us are wishing we are still alive in another 25 years it might take for our Cowboys to raise another Lombardi.

It’s not a surprise in terms of letting the market inflate the available free agent money.

That said, it would be an absolute shame if we don’t resign Cooper. We can recover from Byron walking.
Get Dak signed and franchise Cooper. Cooper has been one of the few bright spots IMO.

Looks like Amari's agent has refused to negotiate and is heck bent on hitting the open market. Same with Byron Jones. Its also looking more and more likely the cowboys will use the franchise tag on Dak.

Rumors, same as those saying Jerry would let Zeke walk, it's way, WAY too early anyway to speculate. Besides, Cooper has had injury issues both here and with the Raiders, he's hardly problem free, teams will factor that into any offer made to him/his agent, Dallas may not have to match any really high offer....
