If you are talking the Patriots , he is not going to have a yearly chance at a SB.
Brady is close to being done.
I'm not even convinced of that. Brady is having a similar year to the one he had in 2013, and he wasn't finished then.

Admittedly, he was younger then, but my point is it may be that he needs a little of a restock of talent around him, and he will be fine. His receivers have dropped like flies this season. On top of the loss of Gronk to retirement. Brown and Gordon were ousted, Dorsett is injured, Sanu was acquired and gave them a boost, then he got injured, and at TE Ben Watson is 73 years old (or thereabout). Edleman has been the only constant, and even he has played injured all year.

Offer Bellichik 5-10% of Cowboys based on SB wins if he needs to coach here. Nothing else can drive him to Dallas.
lol - I'll hold my breath. That's up to $480 million, and that's directly out of Jerry's net worth and not just a line item in the team budget.

Hoodie can do a lot of things, but difficult to win the sb without a qb playing at pro bowl or close to it level.

It's not as if Brady is sucking, and we can't forget that even great players can have years that are better or worse than norm. This year is off for Brady, but, again, so was 2013. At Brady's age it's natural to think having a year that is a little worse is because of age, but that's not certain. There has been a lot of instability in the supporting cast in NE this season, so who knows?

Belichick was grooming jimmy garoppolo to be Tom's replacement. But tom went crying to Kraft and the meddlesome Kraft ordered bill to affect a trade. Bill hasn't forgotten.
That make's sense. Never knew the details of his exit.

I can't see Belichick coming to Dallas at all -- he's used to running things his way, without any interference from the likes of someone like Jerry. I'm inclined to see them as having a power clash, right from the start. Jerry would have to step aside in a big way, whereas he hasn't been able to so far.

Assuming that Jerry and Garrett part ways at seasons end consider the following :

1. The Hoodies contract goes season to season, so he would be free to come to the Cowboys after the NFL season is over.

2. BB has history with Jerry.
He helped the Cowboys with player contracts before getting into coaching in the NFL.

3. The Story about Bill asking Jerry for a job in the 1990's just came to light after all these years ..hummmm.... that's interesting to say the least.

4. Jerry is 77 years of age and had be realizing his mortality.
You can't take it with you, and if Jerry wants another Superbowl, he has to see that his window is closing.
Will that mean he would give up the control he enjoys ?
He did do with Belichick's mentor Parcels so it possible.

5. The Patriots are on the way down, Brady is showing his age.
Does Bill want to be part of a rebuild ?

6. The Cowboys are quality coaching away from being a legit contender.
They have a quality core and just need a coach that can tap the potential.

7. The Dallas media has mentioned that Mr. Jones is going big game hunting for the next Head Coach.
Do they get any bigger than BB ?

Hey this is a long shot to happen , but it may be be more realistic than any of us thought.

Make it happen Jerry !!!
This would be the ultimate hire !!!
Wrong Bill has this year and next year under contract already....
