I think he would be a great hire saying that . Waiting for Garrett to be gone and I don’t mind ya taking our time but we have to clean house. The Commanders rushed for a reason, good thing is whoever we bring in will be an upgrade. On defense and offense if we would have had just average coaching this year we would of been a 11 win team Atleast.

People crack me up. Every year a new "superstar" running QB is the rage and he is going to change the league, then the defensive coordinators figure out the scheme and suddenly the new "superstar" is riding the pines wondering why he can't get no playing time.

It's gonna happen again.

This team needs an old school, no nonsense, no bs HC who can pick his own coordinators and position coaches.

All the riff raff on the sidelines needs to be gone. The friends and buddies of players who don't have any real reason to be on the sideline.

The Owner and President needs to STOP thinking he is a football guy and just be a business guy.

Oh and yes, we need a real QB too.
Can you please name by year each new superstar qb who has come in and immediately faded away.

I’d be happy with that. Dak has nowhere the skill set of Lamar but he also made Colin K into a pretty good QB.

As long as he is able to use Dak legs for short yardage situations and the way his running concepts work for RB’s that’s what we need out there for Zeke!

No no no ...

Roman is another 'offensive guru' with 1 good year ...we don't need that.

What we need is a proven DC coach .

They continue to do everything they can to help Dak because he can't help himself.

1 good year? You might want to do a little reading. He may not become the next head coach and if he does, he may not be great, but he's run some very productive offenses with QBs who weren't all that great of throwers (Lamar Jackson, Kaepernick, Tyrod Taylor).

The difference in a Bulldog (French Bulldog in the Gif) and a Pit Bull...

My Pit Bull loves tennis balls. He would run through a brick wall to get the ball and would bypass food or sleep to hold onto to it when playing tug.

In his younger days when a ball would roll under the sofa, he would go under the sofa to get it to the point the sofa would be lifted off the ground (even when I was sitting on it).

He would get the ball off that sofa as shown in the Gif even if he had 4 broken legs...

When he is fixated on the ball, he will ignore all physical pain and everything else...Winning (getting the ball) is literally all that matters to him.

The Cowboys need players and coaches with that mindset.

On the flip side, my Bulldog gets bored with balls/toys very quickly. Treats, food, sleep, going for a walk are all more important than getting a ball. Bulldogs and Pit Bulls are both awesome but they have a completely different mindset.

Just for once, I wish this organization would do something normal.

I would be on board with Roman. Can’t Jerruh ask for an interview before the playoffs start?

I I actually didn't mean every calendar year, I meant every year that a "new breed QB" came out. However, I did fill in some of the blanks for ya. ;)

You just listed qbs that entered the league as high picks.

That happens every year.

What is your point.

If he's going to be the new HC, he needs to bring in a tough-*** DC. The D this year was undisciplined and chaotic.
