Apparently most of the staff has already been told to seek employment elsewhere. I don't know how accurate it is, but it was reported Monday and from NFL.com

https://cowboyszone.com/threads/cow...contracts-told-to-seek-work-elsewhere.450059/

But it's not like anyone is breaking down doors to interview them for new positions.
Out of the coaches with expiring contracts, none are really marketable. They might get short term jobs if some teams lose out on staff they wanted. A few of them will probably be coaching sub top 25 college programs next year

His actions in this situation tell me Jerry has no respect for die hard fans. I don’t want Jerry to blather on, just deny or confirm Werder’s report. Doesn’t Jerry realize diehard fans REALLY want closure on this situation?

Jerry doesn't care about the diehard fans, if he expects the diehard fans to be okay with him sticking by Garrett. While other teams in the division have at least made an effort to hire different coaches. Even Snyder was quick to make changes to the Skins after the regular season ended. While Jerry thanks that Cowboys fans should be patient after 20+ years of being loyal to the franchise with no Superbowl or even a NFC Championship game appearance.

Yup! And I agree with your earlier post about why are they listening to him. Seriously. Why is he even being able to grovel? It's pathetic that he doesn't want to be gone. He basically is saying he can't get employment.

I don't think anyone wants to be fired from their dream job, but last I checked, it's never up to you whether or not you're fired.

It just puts the Dysfunction with how this team does business on full display. If Jerry Jones ever wonders why things haven't worked in 25 years, he need look no further than situations like this.

It's disgraceful is what it is. Pathetic and sad. Is Garrett down on his knees begging, pleading, and crying at this point?

Call security. Have him removed.
:lmao2:Give me, give me, give me now! I’m entitled damn it!

Is he still in Aspen? Jane Slater said on Thursday he was back in Dallas.

Perhaps Jerry IS still in Aspen and is Rocky Mountain high and doesn’t give a crap. Lol! This whole situation is comical. Only in Dallas does it play out like this. If and when Garrett is asked to leave why would any other coach sitting and watching this want to work for this organization? If they called me I’d laugh and hang up the phone.

Didn’t Stephen and Jerry day they needed a division and the next step? So why is no playoffs but an automatic can? Talking about losing trust from the fan base. They can’t sell him another year

If another team truly wants Garrett they know it’s over in Dallas. They can wait until Jan 14th if necessary.

What’s sad is the fans and media are like Vultures or Trolls swirling around waiting to feast on the official news.

Most of us know it’s over and this is all about Jerry not wanting to fire him simply waiting for his contract to expire.
No team will "truly" want Garrett.

I find it hysterical that you're such a shill that you now try to categorize normalcy as "entitlement".

Not all of us leave it up to someone else to think for us.

It must suck to be you.

he’s just a but hurt Garrett groupie who prioritized Garrett over the Cowboys and now can’t stand the fact that he was completely wrong about his hero

Hopefully Garrett groupies will follow him wherever he winds up

Sorry if this was posted already, but NFLN just reported that Mike Mcarthy is heading to Dallas for "talks" (this I can get behind). Also, mentioned possible interest in Marvin Lewis (not excited about that, unless it's in a coordinator role).
