I mean what the hell are some of these coaches going to be released at final cut downs? Is this an audition type of deal or what?

Each unit will have a coach that does not change only difference is they will be working with that group knowing what McCarthy expect from them both as players and as coaches. Bottom line it is what McCarthy wants and right now if this is what he feels is best then do it.

Relax guys, I see the logic here. Big Mike knows there is miles of stink impregnated on this franchise, so he is bringing in a cast of smart and talented coaches to corner the stench and exterminate it. Lets trust in Mike, he is motivated.

Also to those folks complaining about staff size... WHY?
Bama has the largest support and coaching staff in college football and we saw how that turned out.

If this offense is good again next year and we make a run in playoffs a lot of these guys will be in line for promotions out of Dallas.
Not at all mad we have a huge staff.

They technically are replacing 15 coaches/assistants, that's alot of change

If I'm the owner and this is what my coach tells me he needs, I'm going to get it for him. No reason to skimp on coaches since it doesn't affect the cap.
