Not today's Marinelli. Nolan > MarinelliMarinelli > Nolan.
and that’s sad.

Nailed it!He cant and he wont.
Until he didn'tMarinelli created bushels of turnovers during his career.
Nolan never has. Never.
His words are cheap.
Not today's Marinelli. Nolan > Marinelli
Especially after what the last group of coaches accomplishedSeems exceedingly shortsighted and narrow minded to be complaining about the new coaching staff before they've had a single practice.
Retreads, one and all.
Name the staffers you would've preferred?
He cant and he wont.
I certainly wouldn't have chosen an old retread who couldn't do any better than linebackers coach at this point in is career. Nobody wants Mike Nolan to run their defense.
Go get a young up-and-comer. Geez, go get Wade Phillips. Somebody young who's been around a dominant defense, or somebody older who has coordinated one.
How about anybody who isn't 60 years old and hasn't ever built a top-level defensive in his three stints as a defensive coordinator? This guy was a linebackers coach last year. Nobody wanted him for DC the past 5 years..
Retreads, one and all.
Andy Reid is a retread and he's in the SB for his 2nd time. Just sayin. Retreads aren't always a bad thing. MM DOES have a SB ring, whether you like the guy or not. Truth is, he has a plan and is already trying to change the culture. Lets see what he does.Retreads, one and all.
Keeping fingers crossed.hope so.
Nolan hasn’t been a DC since his nightmare 2014 season in ATL.
That’s why they brought in Edwards.
nolan might be our next Monte.
the SC retired actually. Columbo didn't get the results we needed. Its a cut throat business and sometimes unfair, but he didn't get it done. Now we have eliminated all the excuses to fail. Time to get it done. The Strength coach change from legendary Mike Woicik is still the one that shocked me, even more than Columbo – otherwise I applaud the changes
… and I couldn’t wait to change and get away from Marinelli and Bloom. This is where I think the change really starts on defense.
- I tend to wonder about the rumors and reports that Cowboys wanted to retain Kris Richard but I also have to believe that an agreement could not be met between the two or Richard wasn’t interested.
And I have yet to see Richard’s name surface anywhere else among new hiring around NFL.
- A number of these asst. coaches come very highly reputed such as Nolan, Tomsula, Phillbin, Henry, Peete, Edwards and of course Fassel, who I was very surprised the Rams did not do
more to try to retain his stay.
- I’m interested to see what Edwards role will be come game day, and I’ll have to see how it will work with the DB coaches in Al Harris, and Lundquist.
- I was amazed that there were a few mainstay leftover asst. coaches that McCarthy was interested in keeping such as Kellen, Nussmeier and Lett.
- I really don’t comprehend the role of Rob Davis between this player development and relationship, life coach, etc. that has been linked to his reputation. Maybe media sources will
eventually elaborate and define what his value will be in this organization.

So far, he's hiring all his best friends.Andy Reid is a retread and he's in the SB for his 2nd time. Just sayin. Retreads aren't always a bad thing. MM DOES have a SB ring, whether you like the guy or not. Truth is, he has a plan and is already trying to change the culture. Lets see what he does.
Terrible head coach. Great track record as a defensive coordinator.

Unlike Mike Nolan.
