No one cares what the snake has to say. He'll try to stab dak in the back first chance he gets. He spent too much time around Garrett and Romo he saw the craft first hand

You say these things and yet just about every one of your posts is whining about something. Just like you did in this post. I don't even know why you follow the team because you obviously hate everything about it. It baffles me. I don't understand it. You can deny it, but your next posts will be negative.

I complain about some things.

I applaud some things.

The problem is you go around policing this board looking for a complaint.

For you to call anyone a whiner is a lack of self awareness.

From Troy Aikman’s recent interview about Dak:

“I saw Sean Lee out here the other day in Santa Barbara, we got to talking about Dak, Aikman said. He asked Lee if there was something I’m missing about this guy because I love him and Sean Lee said he’s a huge fan and he said as is the entire locker room.”

So keep posting you Dak haters it’s soooo enlightening and entertaining. I love it when fools make fools of themselves as if they know better than all these NFL players, coaches and GM’s.

What do you expect a teammate should say? You think he's going to condemn the Dallas Cowboys starting QB in public?

As a rule, current/former players are pretty honest talking about other players. Anyone else noticed the differences in responses regarding Dak between Aikman/Staubach vs Romo? Just to be clear, I'm saying or suggesting Romo doesn't like Dak's game. Just that we don't really know how he feels coz he's made very few comments regarding Dak outside of calling his games. In fact, I can't find any, other than a U-Tube piece he did the latter part of March.
Romo said Dak is a very good player and deserves to (and will be) paid.
Is that enough?

Dallas should replace him and think about spending money on the rest of the team because the rest of the team is what made Dak what he is anyways.

Zeke, Oline, WR's, spend money on defense, and go draft a QB.
So, we rescind the offer and let him go, immediately, to another team in Free Agency. He’s starting somewhere else in the fall in week one

Then

We start Dalton for 2020. That immediately requires a renegotiation. Anything else is the ultimate in sliminess. He was brought in to be a backup and even with incentives, his contract is a backups contract. To pull the rug out before camp event starts and say “hahaha, gotcha!” Is something no team would do.

or

We sign Cam Newton who will require close to 30m. Hmm. Upgrade? Side grade? Downgrade? An expensive roll of the dice

or

We “Go draft a QB”

With Dalton, our pick will be mid-late teens again because we will be 8-8 again, at best

You won’t get Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields. You’re unlikely to get a guy like Jamie Newman. Instead you’re looking at the guy from North Dakota, Trey Lance, or Brock Purdy from Purdue

Sound like a Super Bowl? How long does it take a Tier 2-3 drafted QB to develop into a real NFL QB?

How long can our aging O-Line last?

How many years of Amari, Zeke, Jaylon, Tyron, Zack and Tank’s contracts do we pay at high dollars for no post season opportunities?

The problem is that Dak is the best option because all of the others are completed giveups
The only school of thought that benefits from cutting Dak is the one that appeals to fans who pray for absolute failure and endless tankjobs until we find our Mahomes. If we ever find

Ask the Commanders how burning Cousins has worked out for them. They took a Tier 2-3 QB in Haskins and will likely end up drafting Justin Fields after they go 3-13 or 4-12 next year.

I’m not down for that at all and I refuse to use hope as a strategy. Hope that we find the Magical Mahomesberry bush on the side of the road and pluck an MVP QB

Come on. There are more choices than that.

When Troy asks him he has five choices

  • Say nothing
  • Dish dirt and tell Troy it’s ok to go public with it
  • Dish dirt and tell Troy to keep it odd the record
  • Give praise and tell Troy it’s ok to go public with it
  • Give praise and tell Troy to keep it off the record
He certainly isn’t obligated to say anything at all

Im fine with being bad if that’s what it take.

Mediocrity is not the way forward in this league and that is exactly what we are.

 Why do I bother. When Troy asked Lee what he thought about Dak and Lee would've said "he sucks", then we would have heard nothing from Troy about it. Instead we heard the opposite.

I don't know why Aikman thinks he has to run interference for Prescott and I don't really care about his opinion about him anymore than I cared when he said "accuracy can't be fixed". I don't care about Lee's opinion about Prescott. In fact, Dalton, the guy that's supposed to replace Prescott as QB1 said he likes him.

He will be the QB1 of the team for at least this season, should there be one. His HC and OC want him so their opinion matters.

This was off the record and 2nd hand information. If Lee told Troy Dak sucks then he wouldn’t have said anything. Come buy some bait from me and I’ll explain in depth.
I need Mansfield jigglers and bait that attracts turtles.

So now we're going to over pay Dak because he's popular?
Oh, so you thought Lee was talking about Dak having a good personality and being fun to have a drink with at happy hour?

Is there anyone who doesn't want to talk about Dak:facepalm:
You do realize Dak is the QB of the Dallas Cowboys, right?

I repeat... the DALLAS COWBOYS.

Being a fan, you should know by now that the DC are always on the lips of everyone, everywhere. Win or lose.

Get used to it man.
