and i'll never stop calling you out for being a buffoon for doing so. do you think you've changed a single mind here? no doubt you're a legend in your own mind, but doubtful anyone else thinks so. i have a couple of windmills on my ranch. but i don't chase them. i know they're not really giants.
It’s not about changing minds. It’s about using the platform to keep the message out there much like players are doing with their message and millions of local fans feel about this ownership.

Obviously you’re a sympathizer for Jethro and his Cheapskate Son. And why you’re taking so much issue with me continuing your personal attacks because you can’t handle my attacks on them and my relentless pursuit which hasn’t wavered after 13 years on these forums.

Im not going to lower myself as much as you’re attempting to incite a response. I’ll let the Mods decides for themself.

Jerry is a businessman. Fivepeat in the World Bowl of sports entertainment for most valuable franchise.

I'm sure he'd prefer to win more trophies, but that's not Job #1 for a businessman. Money is.
No, he doesn't prefer to win more trophies. If he did, he'd get a better GM. He's admitted publicly that he sucks as GM.

Nobody supports him. Once again you are fighting an imaginary battle against imaginary fans.

Why don't you just do yourself a favor and post a poll and make it real simple:

Do you think Jerry Jones does a good job as owner of the Dallas Cowboys? Yes or No
No. Because a good owner would make sure he had a competent football saavy GM.

I can't imagine wasting 13 years of my life. Earlier someone called me an idiot. Didn't see me running to the mods. Victim much?

So it’s Jerry’s fault for this supposed talented, especially offensive roster that people, especially Dak-stans, were cheering about in the off-season..

You either want to adhere to the rules of the forum or not.

I would have never joined these forums if it was allowed to Personally attack me for attacking anything Cowboy related.

Jerry is an excellent businessman. Making money is what he does best. Maintaining a gullible fan base that will fork over their hard earned money to watch a mediocre football team takes great salesmanship and a great business sense.

Selling a head coach in training like Garrett and a QB in training like Dak takes great talent..

Jethro brilliantly created the revolutionary revenue streams so the results on the field wouldn’t hold him accountable for how he ran Cowboys Football.

Tex told him that success on the field was critical for the success off the field and why the Cowboys were currently struggling financially despite their prior success and popularity.

Do mosquitoes, chiggers or fleas attack humans. Or are they just pests. Your passive/aggressive schtick doesn't fool anyone.

Jerry would prefer to win, all other things being equal. He prefers to make money more.

Stars started out 1-7-1

And in a normal year the Stars play 82 games as opposed to 16 in the NFL. So if the Boys lose to Atlanta they will have basically started exactly the same mathematically.

BTW Stars are losing to the Islanders anyway.

In this case both are mutually exclusive.
Jerry could have been a good owner . He was with Jimmy. Initially I tolerated Jerry because he placed winning as the priority. Never liked his style. But winning football games always supersedes everything.

I wasn’t one who hated him for firing Landry. Could he of handled it better . Maybe. But tough firing a legend if he’s not ready to go. And Loved bringing in Jimmy.

But the fallout with Jimmys departure impacted his ambition to prove he was a football guy too. He couldn’t accept Jimmy was the face of his franchise. He wanted more credit. And I’ve despised him ever since. Not because we haven’t won. Because winning isn’t the top priority anymore.

And then how he treated us long time season ticket holders. Most of us didn’t make the move. I’m so glad I didnt. It disrupted my Cowboy way of life for awhile not going to the games and the intensity Id enjoyed for most of 4 decades. But I’d of been miserable locked in with PSL. Best decision I could have made walking.

Im more of a fan of what it was than what it is now. I still follow but not with the same passion. I still enjoy game days and admiring all of the memories in my cave. And still root them on. But I do get a kick out of seeing him struggle . I attend more college and high school games now cause I enjoy the game day atmosphere. I’m a football lover. Don’t even watch much of other sports anymore except golf and college hoops.

I understand my arrogance , approach and relentless pursuit must be tiring but provides me some comfort. I’d suggest ignoring because since I retired I have ample time . And I truly never intended to make any personal enemies with my agenda. It actually took me by surprise as most close to me feel the same. It’s unfortunate the hostility it’s created with some. But I’m not retreating or changing and there’s no going back.

and how much money do you think is left after signing all your regulars in order to do your fantasy free agent signing, genius. to keep up with you i'd have to go backwards. manage your checkbook. leave the big deals to those who know how to conduct them.
You clearly think and talk into your own vacuum dude listen there are tons of successful franchises that do this year and year out I gave an example in my original post. If you choose not to comprehend that's on you but teams like Baltimore with strong front offices figure it out and they go get people that will their culture to stay competitive every year. Those are facts no matter how hard you try to argue it.

Let's not overlook that thousands of fans probably died of old age and never got to see the team in the SB again.

We're about to see more pass on and not get even close to a SB.

I’m just trying to outlive Jethro. Going to be tough. He looks pretty darn healthy at 78.

I’d like to see him mingle with the fans this week in the stands and the players on the sidelines:)
