He has never grasped the concept of a blocking TE. He thinks of a TE solely as another WR who may line up in a different spot. I've tried to explain to him that a TE is a hybrid who can function both as an inline blocker and a receiver, but he doesn't grasp that either. He purely has a fantasy football mindset. The 2nd TE is often mostly a blocking TE. Which makes your request for passing stats irrelevant.
nar·cis·sismHe wasnt even touched Rogers. I call that a Breakdown. Trying to do more than his God given Ability.
So do we need to run some dual rb formations and 4 wr formations on occasion or keep rolling with Schultz and the rest of these Bargain Basement tes dominating the Skilled players Snapcounts. Just like we do at Safety every year. Lmao.
Hurray and Answer with your te narcissism. I love tes too but not these sorry scrubs or the shell of the former hof te.
We can have a steak at every position besides te and we'll still go Playoffless using these scrub tes as everydown receivers. Lmao.
Your assessment is wrong going on 7 years and every year your Te Narcissism sounds great IN THEORY but there is NEVER ANY PAPER STATS TO BACK THEM UP!!!
Of course, Schultz may have been an afterthought for the Falcons defense, who no doubt didn't expect him to be used that often. It will be interesting to see how it works out this week, but I was thrilled with what we got Sunday.looks like he's not the athlete that Jarwin is but may have a better rapport with Dak. I can't remember the last time one our TE's caught 9 outside of Witt
What you've seen is wrong, but then again, you clearly only see what you want, and ignore facts and statistics that don't fit what you want to see. What we did w witten, escobar, swaim, and Jarwin is prolly what we'll do with schultz and Bell based upon what ive seen.
This te core has been trash for 6+ years. We need a red zone te who is a scorer first and foremost. 4tds a year doesnt justify all this te involvement esp when you got an 8-8 team and supposedly the best offense in football.
Were the best offense when were playing trash teams and the worst offense against good teams.
For 6+ years this te core has not added much to our passing game. They are holding the good skilled players back.

I explained Schultz only played 70% of the snaps, and you keep claiming he played all snaps.
I find your timing for stirring this up funny anyway considering the huge impact Schultz had on the game Sunday.
Jarwin was looking really good before the injury. Schultz had a good game yesterday, and hopefully he can build on that.Swain is gonna be serviceable
But never was
Rico was gonna be good
But never was
Then Jarwin
But never was
Now Schultz
But never will be
Witten was not serviceable for 6+years
These tes are ALL HYPE. SHOW ME ON PAPER FOR 6 YEARS WHERE THEY THRIVED ON PASSING DOWNS
GIMME ONE STAT LINE
8-8 forever
Pigs will fly before this scheme wins beans w 2 scrub tes dominating passing snaps
We won on a fluke bro.
Did he do it against a good team. Heck no
Did any te do it in 6+ years in a playoff game. Heck naw.
They folded like a cheap suit and so did we.
Do you think schultz and Bell are a Better weapon than pollard or brown?
Youre talking about schemes and duties and im telling you a 4 wr scheme is better than a te scheme when you got no talent at the position.
How does winning on a fluke matter? Do you really not understand that the "fluke" couldn't have happened if the offense hadn't already scored 37 points? Do you really not understand that the outstanding play of those that helped score all the points and get all the first downs to be in that position was why the "fluke" was possible?
You sense of logic is so underdeveloped it's hard to understand how you function in the world.
As for playoffs, Witten had 6 catches for 59 yards and a TD against GB in 2016, and overall averaged 61 yards per game in the playoffs, so yes, there have been contributions by TEs in the playoffs.
You really should learn to research a little before spouting off. It makes you look bad almost every time.
lol - Rico almost never played - he was an experiment … Jarwin was only a starter for part of one game before getting injured … during the 6 year time frame you mention with Witten, he clearly was serviceable for the first 3 or so, and nobody is arguing that he didn't tail off the last part of that, but that was on Garrett (who, you still don't seem to have noticed, is no longer with the team). It's amazing to what extent you are willing to go to make nonsense points while desperately clinging to a narrative.Swain is gonna be serviceable

Well damn, Zack Martin, Tyron Smith, Zeke Elliott and everyone else on that 2016 team sucks then too …. after all, if losing decides the quality of play of one player, it has to with every player.Witten sucked for years. We lost against Gb btw. Their te made the winning play
We won against detroit in the same choking fashion as Atlanta.
We'll need 3 straight chokefests to win a Superbowl i guess
What did these tes do in all of the elimination games and lost playoff games. Lol.
We cant beat any good teams in the regular season. Much less in the playoffs
Neither Jerry or Garrett played Rico. The only year he was on the active roster he only played 13% of the snaps. Again, you are spouting off without bothering to understand the facts. You don't EVER seem to have any facts. Its on Jerry
These coaches are puppets
If jerry pays him he plays them

Yes. Rico was all hype ….so?Rico was all hype. Thats what you get from these tes. All hype. No black n white stats.
Were talking about skilled players. Rico didnt play any snaps. So much about the cowboys is hype.
The cowboys have always had better receivers and rbs than tes. Talent doesnt override this ignorant next man up scheme.
I we had earl campbell and zeke youd never see a dual rb formation.
Stupid losing 8-8 scheme.
