Many of you are foolish, it's obvious Dak isn't even near 100%! Some of this is Kellen not producing more timing plays to beat man coverage ..Dak is hampered, but will improve weekly as long as setbacks are avoided ... The online was terrible though against the saints, go watch the film... Tyron was beat like a drum

People that have played or merely watched football should know that a line can be strong in pass blocking but weak in run blocking and vice versa
i think our struggles in the run game has more to do with zeke not being 100% and our lack of committment to it in the play-calling.
the saints are good vs the run...so i wasn't surprised about last night.
but the last few games...when our 2 best wr's are out,the defense will gear up vs the run and dare you to beat them thru the air.

Fair enough. I'm just used to reading this board where everything has an agenda behind it haha. Most want to paint the picture of "their guy" having it so rough, while the other guy was completely surrounded by talent.

I still agree with the OP that Dak needs to be better within the pocket, however the reason why he is struggling in the pocket is certainly up for debate.
Aye I’m right there with you. I’m one of his biggest fans but Dak doesn’t seem right to me. Not the standard that he’s set anyway. In regards to the Romo and Dak debate. Both sides are either right or wrong. Facts show that at the end of the day their careers are more similar then they are different. But you have Romo stand who in post career have turned him into Tom Brady.

His mechanics always deteriorate when he starts feeling non-existent pressure, per his draft profile. 2019 was the same thing, when they started off hot and completely collapsed. Dak’s mechanics were at it again.

They have added the injury now as Excuse # 1 for Daks ineptness.....let them do their thing as come Sunday and till the end of the season unless it's team laying down for the Draft we will be seeing more of this inept Dak-Friendly offense!

They did it in 2019. The ‘shoulder injury’ excuse against the awful Eagles, when he choked against third-string CBs and a secondary known for making mistakes galore.

The comedy now, after telling us how much Romo sucks, their excuse now is, he’s like Romo was here, working under the same inept management and coaching. So they are starting to concede that Dak’s play is not as ‘great’ as they’ve claimed, but they are using Romo once again, but this time trying to paint Romo in a ‘positive’ light, to try and acknowledge Dak as ‘good’.

I wonder why they haven’t started saying Dak is as “injury-prone” as Romo, at this rate…. I mean they are the ones that keep telling us the reason why he has games like this, is because he’s not healthy..

No.. He doesn’t know where to go with the ball against man to man coverage. He can’t quickly get rid of it.

Every team defends us this way. It has nothing to do with the OL.

He’s not seeing huge windows to throw into and he’s holding the ball longer and when he is pressured a lot of you are blaming the OL but that is not the cause it’s the effect.

i thought so too, but y’day on the 3rd down, the pass to CeeDee was quick and on the money, Also the throw to Amari over middle in the first TD possession was good. if he can do that consistently then even with OL yips we can move ball easily. The passing can open up running.

Had what? 2 or 3 poor games all year? They couldn’t wait to complain about him lol….
Every pass in every game must need to be perfect? What realistic standards! I think it would be interesting to professionally examine these complainers.

Seriously how does Kellen even allow him to get away with it. All it does is completely ruin the play. Romo was a master at stepping up in the pocket, Dak needs to start doing the same thing. I know he'll never be as good as an evader that Romo was but he's gotta stop dropping out of the play, drives me nuts.

What kind of moron lumps every fan of Prescott in with Romo haters?

Never mind.

This game was won because Hill was injured and could not throw well, apart from the team is not well, there have been several games that the offense does not generate a good game, Dak has 3 excellent WRs, he can not do anything, they only beat bad teams, it is a shame
I watch the cowboy games just to see Micah Parsons play, a true elite player, who is going to become, if not already the image of the cowboys, hopefully the Jones wake up and really bring a QB to give to this team the real chance to win a SB. A Copper and C Lamb, they deserve to be among the best in the league, but if your QB does not generate anything, it is impossible.

Are you slow? I listed 5 other guys and you single out Robinson lol? Hide your agenda some…it looks bad on you.

I also listed the starting Oline of Romo that year which you conveniently ignored.

But you know, cherry pickers gonna pick cherries.

he need to set his feet only using his arms and no hips or foot follow through is his main issue..he hurrys his throws and well the OL needs to paly better, has him rushing throws...
the OL run game and pass needs to get back rolling.,.its the reason our offense is sufferings..
