Well, the Game Operations Manual (to which you refer) uses the word "should" which can be interpreted a variety of ways..... legally speaking, it isn't a mandate when a contract uses the word "should" (which is why you don't see contract using the word "should" when a party is required to do something).... plus the Game Operations Manual isn't even a contract.... so it would be ridiculously difficult to enforce something that isn't in the CBA, isn't in a contract, mentions no schedule of fines/punishment, and uses vague terminology....

I don't disagree with any of that but the message is clear in what it is trying to convey and if Roger the Clown had a single hair on his nut sack he would enforce it and be we well within his rights to do so. All this nonsense could have been nipped in the bud the first time Kaep sat on the bench during the national anthem. He shouldn't have even been given a second chance... which he then chose to take a knee. This mess is all Roger the Clown's fault because he is not a real leader. He let this thing feaster and now the NFL is nothing but one big infected mess. If you support this thing, it's not Kaep that started it, no it's Roger the Clown... he is your leader.
