Worst draft in 11 years

They complained about Taco, ok that was right; they complained about Jaylen, LVE, Ferguson, Martin and every other 1st or 2nd round pick. They’ve been right more than wrong, but I guess McClay doesn’t need know what he is doing. If you say Jerry, Jason, Marinelli I hear you but with McClay in the room I’m giving benefit of the doubt.

Sadly enough that’s how I feel, no matter who I see on the field I can’t get excited because I don’t think they’ll win in the post season with Garrett.

Far as draft not sure how it will turn out but they’ve been consistent the last 6 years or so.

Chicken Little needs to stop running around screaming the sky is falling one day after the draft. We got some weapons from the draft to add to a team that didn't need much to start the season.

the cowboys have been regarded as one of the most consistent and best drafting teams over the past 5 years....its part of why they have one of the most talented youngest rosters in the nfl

I’d have been pissed if they drafted that guy.

I said it before, but DK Metcalf reminds me of David Boston, hopefully without the steroids though. But the issue is, at that size, even with good/excellent straight line speed, agility is sorely lacking.

Some of the players picked may turn out to be good but this draft will always be the what could have been draft. They passed on better talent at higher needs throughout the draft and all future analysis of the 2019 draft will show that. They had numerous chances to upgrade their stated biggest need and continually passed for reaches and projects or players very similar to ones that could have been had later. That is what I’m talking about, not necessarily that any of the players picked suck. It’s just that they could have done soo much better to improve the team for now as well as later.

Most draft gurus said there was appx 16 real 1st rounders in this draft. Our first pick was 58 at the bottom of the 2nd round.The guy that gets us all fired up isn't at 58. what we would have to dump to get into the top 16 would be redictulous. So was it super sexy draft no, but we did land some players that will really help this team out. We still have time to add some guys before the season.

Our 1st round was Cooper. Could you imagine if Rosen turns out to be a franchise guy that we could've had with pick #58? This draft wasn't flashy and I'm fine with that, as long as we got some good players but we just have to wait and see.
