Maybe, and this just my opinion, just maybe Ezee and Dak aren't gazing into each others eyes anymore.

And I don't think it has anything to do with Ezee's contract.........

That's I said. They don't seem close anymore. Maybe it was just adrenaline from their rookie season, but their friendship has declined. Forgot who it was, but someone showed "Proof" that they were fine because they texted over the holdout, but that doesn't prove much. Wonder what drove them apart along with the rest of this locker room..?

That's rather unfortunate because I liked Dak a lot. His leadership tangibles were some of the best qualities about him, and he's throwing them away to take shots at his teammates smh.

I agree. The article kind of surprised me in that respect.

Guess what? If Dak loses on Sunday, all this rah-rah crap means nothing. If Wentz wins on Sunday, his teammates will suddenly think he's the greatest leader they've ever had.

Ws matter more than anything. All this stuff is tabloid BS if you can't execute on Sundays. They have Pederson, we have Garrett - they have the better true leader on their team. Doesn't matter how crappy Wentz is at it.

You sound like Philly fan.

You are going to keep pushing that narrative, aren't you? I didn't say that. I said that Dak has the tangibles and qualities of a leader, and I also said that there are some people (like you said, Witten) in the locker room that like him. But many of the players don't respect him. Like I said, where is the WR support? Shouldn't QB's and WR's get along? What about any of our defensive players? They don't talk to or respect Dak's leadership. It seems that this article may be a possible retaliation against the defense. They don't respect his leadership, so he throws them under the bus and says "They need to try harder, like me? They need to prepare more?, etc".
But where does it say they dont respect it? You are literally making that up lol

Amari Chill says differently;

He also says the players dont respect him. Where does that come from? His mind. Thats where. The team rallied around a 4th round 3rd string qb in 2016. But they dont respect him? Give me a break

I am offended you would say such a thing about me. I go to school and work, good sir. Free periods are great for coming on this site ;).

*Her, not him. Also, I didn't say that they didn't respect him. I said they WOULDN'T after his comments about them. I also said only Jason Garrett and Jason Witten have commented on his leadership and respectful qualities.

You have said PRIOR to this quote from him that the players dont respect him. Dont start backtracking now.

They don't respect him. I said this time and time again! He has the tangibles and qualities of a leader (Or at least I thought he did before this article) but no one respects him. Besides Witten and the Clapper, can you give me an example of someone that has complimented this man? What do these players show that show you that they respect Dak? I haven't seen anything to lead up to that hypothesis. If you can show me proof, you can tag and make fun of me all you'd like. I would happily eat my words, however, I think you're going to have a few problems trying to do that.

Flashes of Aikman. Dude wanted to work more than party, imagine that..

Say what u will about Dak but Nobody can deny his improvements that have resulted from hard work.

Dude can’t catch his own passes.

Dude can’t prevent fumbles by other players.

Dude damn sure can’t get the zebras to stop calling bogus penalties or legitimate penalties against us either.

Details, we need guys to improve on the details of the game..

And lastly dude can’t prevent injuries from happening but that’s part of the game.

Guys need to get it together or we’re going to get embarrassed again...

wow - this is a bad play on Dak's part. You want to call out your teammates when the last 3 games you have 2 TD's & 4 INTs passing ? You have made error after error at the worst time?

I have to say, comments like "Work Harder. Like me.", could be rephrased to something like...We all need to work harder, me included.

Amari Cooper-"Most quarterbacks don't have the best bodies or probably don't really care much about the weight room because they're more on the cerebral side of the game, but this guy takes every rep seriously," Cooper said. "He doesn't miss a rep and I think that's a big part of who he is. He's just a competitor, he wants to do everything the right way. I haven't played with too many guys like Dak Prescott, so I think he definitely deserves everything that's coming to him. He definitely deserves to be paid amongst the highest-paid quarterbacks in the league."

Thats just one with 30 seconds of looking. Thats one on the offense that you said doesnt respect him.

I agree that from a leader standpoint, your rephrase is definitely better....That doesn't mean that he's not right, but that wording.... and if said in the locker room and it was leaked, that is one thing. But if it was said to a reporter directly to call his team out publicly, that might create some ire.

Again, he's right...but if he handled it by way of media..ouch.
