That has to be the most blatantly dirty thing I’ve ever seen in pro football. Myles had PLENTY of time to drop that helmet, but he took a swing with it instead.

Albert Haynesworth stomping on Andre Gurode’s head without his helmet may have been even worse. Gurode had to have his head stitched up after that.

For sure it did, but nothing is an excuse for losing it the way Garrett did.

Dead on but we have to remember these players play a violent game. Actually I'm surprised we don't see more considering their mentality when they're on the field. Either way, as a player you have to know a helmet is considered a weapon and to use it in a fight during a game is sending your a.. home for a lot of games.

The sad thing here is there was only 8 second left and from my understanding, Garrett's not known for being a dirty player. Dude just lost it in the worst possible way........it will impact his career.

Garrett: Late hit on a QB in a game that is over

Rudolph: Pushes and tugs Garrett's helmet in response

Garrett: Rips the guy's helmet off, swings it overhead and smashes the guy nearly killing him or causing brain damage

Some of you: "Welllllllllll they are both at fault."

What in the world are you people smoking?

We must first consider Myles Garrets socioeconomic environment he grew up in and perhaps at that specific moment he was , "Feelin some kind of way"

I just don't want to yet see another Rush to Judgement

I woke up to see what happened. Instead of having everyone and the media just focus on how the Browns may have some what "saved their season", by having a win over the Steelers or how good their win over the Steelers, was the attention and focus will instead of on Myles Garrett and his dirty hit to Mason Rudolph's head. And his should be suspended for the rest of the season and fined heavily for it. Assault charges maybe filed because this isn't your typical football type of brawl.

The Browns have serious issue, with their players not being able to control their emotions in the heat of the moment. First Whitehead threatens people on twitter and not this. smh.

He should get maybe 3 or 4 games but not the whole season. Some media people are overreacting.
3-4 games for a criminal assault on the field? That dude legit could have did fatal damage to Rudolph. Players get more for a harmless plant. Garrett should be a lengthy lengthy suspension.

Definitely agree with season ending suspension if not more

Garrett is extremely fortunate that when he swung Rudolph's helmet , it was facing the way/in the direction you actually put it on when it hit............If he would have hit him with the crown , he could have concussed , put him into a coma or even killed the guy.........................................
