of course no stat matters because every stat says you are wrong.

The Philly INT was a great play maybe you should go rewatch it, he walked up to the line faking blitz and then read McNabbs eyes and took the ball to the house.

You seriously should watch the games

McNabb threw the ball right to him, even MIchaels and Madden couldnt believe how bad the throw was.

Shaun Williams is a strong safety, or at least was in New York. Girbril Wilson played FS. If Carolina plans on moving him to FS, which they likely will, that has no bearing on the fact that he has played SS to this point in his career.

Wilson is listed as a SS on the Giants depth chart, Williams did play SS there before Wilsons rookie year, but last season after returning from injury Williams played FS in place of Brett Alexander while Wilson stayed at SS, he was also a FS his first couple years in the league before being moved to SS in 2003 I believe

You must not know who Charles Tillman is huh

Tillman was banged up for a good chunk of the season last year, and is coming off of shoulder surgery. He was abused in coverage on a pretty regular basis. There was even talk about moving Tillman to S with the recent offer made to Ricky Manning Jr (Panthers), who will likely play their nickelback.

Go rewatch the play, Roy suckered him into that throw. The ball was thrown on the right side towards the sideline Roy was not lined up over there so obviously it wasnt right to him. Roy read the play and made the INT

The McNabb INT was both a good play and a bad throw.

As both of you realize Roy made a great play on the ball, but at the same time it was a ball that as soon as it left McNabbs hand you knew it had a good shot at being picked.

Glass half empty, glass half full.

Tillman was banged up in 2004, not last season where he only missed one game, had 5 INTs and 11 passes defensed. Everything I have heard is Manning will be nickle CB you have an article?

Coach Love Smith expects CB Charles Tillman to be ready for May minicamps and said he won't convert to safety.

Tillman is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery. He'll likely be competing for his starting corner job if the Panthers fail to match the offer sheet to Ricky Manning Jr.

Thanks for the update in the other post. Obviously they needed depth at CB, I still think Manning is a suspect signing.

Tillman only missed one game but was on the injury reports for most of the season. He was probably 70-80% most of the season. In 04' Tillman got hurt in the 2nd week of the season and didnt return until around week 12 or 13.

I am not a Manning fan IMO he is living off of a couple plays he made in 2003. I wouldn;t want him as a starter.

For all intensive purposes, he can't

have you ever ran a route against him?
have you seen more than just the preseason action he was involved in?
prove how u know he cannot cover beyond what the espn guys said on draft day!

Exactly. Basically one game.

And he recently made public comments about the Panthers not thinking he was worth more than the contract he was on by only tendering a 3rd round pick.

Hello Ricky !! You arent even a starter. Wake up. haha.

I do believe that was NFC Title game against the Iggs. Todd Pinkston's fault.

Exactly IMO getting a 3rd for him is a steal for the panthers

1- The Cowboys will not take an OLB in the first round.
2- The Cowboys won't take a safety in the first round.
3- The Cowboys won't take a reciever in the first round.
4- Unless someone unexpectedly falls, Dallas trades down out of the first round for a potentially higher first rounder next year. (We are talking Hawk, Huff or Justice)
5- Burnett is the starter at OLB in 06.
6- Beriault is the starter at FS in 06.
7- TO gets through the year with no real mishaps (not counting the media blowing stupid things out of proportion)
8- Henson beats Romo for the backup job.
9-Dallas takes a NT on the first day.
10- Dallas takes a Guard on the first day.

Only time will tell.
'
didn't we sign coleman (sp) and have keith davis back?

I figure Coleman probably starts at FS but Beriault could play FS. Seem to remember two guys coming out of college and at the combine, they both had the label of poor coverage and poor coverage techniques.

Seems one name is Roy Williams and the other was a LB converted to safety, guy by the name of Woodson from Arizona St. I believe.

Seems that in our 3-4 scheme Parcells has said several times that we have two safeties not a SS or a FS because they should in his words be interchangable.

Guess time will tell.

Not to get in the way of a good argument....but I'd like to see Beriault play a few pre-season games with two good knees before I put him in the lineup....at any position.

1. It's possible.

2. It's possible.

3. It's possible.

4. You have to have a willing trading partner to actually trade down.

5. I highly doubt it. a) Parcells has talked a few times about moving Burnett to ILB. b) Burnett won't be 100% when training camp starts.

6. No, he isn't. No, he won't be.

7. It's possible.

8. It's possible.

9. I doubt it, unless it's Ngata in the first round (I think he's gonna drop a bit).

10. It's possible.

maybe....maybe not.....its the one area that we have a need and there is 4 really good ones.

2- The Cowboys won't take a safety in the first round.
or the 2nd or the 3rd

3- The Cowboys won't take a reciever in the first round.
or the 2nd...or the 3rd

4- Unless someone unexpectedly falls, Dallas trades down out of the first round for a potentially higher first rounder next year. (We are talking Hawk, Huff or Justice)
neither would fall....if we find a trade partner then yes....maybe carolina or pitt or indy if White falls....

5- Burnett is the starter at OLB in 06.
no....he is still getting over injuries...he will back up Ware again....

6- Beriault is the starter at FS in 06.
I don't think he is fast enough to be a FS...he doesn't have a lot of range and is a liability in coverage...between him and williams...I would worry.

7- TO gets through the year with no real mishaps (not counting the media blowing stupid things out of proportion)
you know the media will be hounding and hounding... and make every little thing into something big and will try and create something by saying TO said this...what do you think bledsoe...and then tell TO bledsoe said this...what do you think....its up to the coaches to make sure communication happens...directly and not through the media....

8- Henson beats Romo for the backup job.
maybe...maybe not

9-Dallas takes a NT on the first day.
maybe...maybe not...I like McGregor from NCST.....if we have a 4th we may be able t get him there...I don't like Oshinowo...he is very limited and has no upside....I don't like watson...he is going to bounce from team to team much like Ngata!....and wright.

10- Dallas takes a Guard on the first day.
I totally agree....I won't be surprised if we trade down in the first and trade up in the 2nd if Davin Joseph is within striking distance....plug him in for the next 10 years...

Only time will tell.
maybe ..maybe not :)
