105,000 at Cowboys Stadium for George Strait's last concert (new US record)

You'll like this...best quality video I've found so far. Last song of the night, The Cowboy Rides Away...

Yea, that's a good 1. Thks for posting!

I'm sure they'll be a DVD, or CMT special out within a relatively short time chronicling his last tour. I sure hope so anyway.

George Straight is awesome. I saw him almost 30 years ago in Beaumont. I wish I could have been there for this.

He's always done that. He's not a pop country singer like the "country" singers churned out these days. Not sure what you were expecting. That's just him.

I am a George fan, but the point I was making is that his concerts are not exciting to me. I think he us one of the all-time greats. He is much better than the hacks that are called country today. I refuse to listen to today's version of country music.

Romo, Witten, Jones alliance alive and well.

Yea I get it. My favorite country singer is Johnny Cash & I think he just played & sang. That's enough for me with George.

This is a clip of George Strait, one of his very early interviews. You watch him walk on the stage and it doesn't look much different then his last. I'm sorry he's done.

He's not done! Just no more long tours. He just signed a contract to record multiple albums. I bet he still will play a show here & there.

And he does look young. Good living.

You're not listening to the right artists and version/s then.

Try streaming these 2 stations for a few hours/days. You might change your mind.
