Can I ask just what do you think a discussion board is for? What we know is what coaches have interviewed for the job, and people have a right to have an opinion about the coaches that have interviewed.

This is true. But you have to realize, the more time you spend here the more you will see people‘s tendencies consistencies. They’re not here for discussion. They hear to just be rude lol

As cynical as I am now about this team, I couldn't care less who they hire as a head coach. To me, it is all about Jerry Jones and what he does in the offseason to fix the roster issues. If they hire Moore, or Shotty, of Deion, or Belichick, will it matter if Jerry lets all the free agents leave without signing any decent replacements? He could hire Vince Lombardi himself and it wouldn't matter. He may as well hire Mickey Mouse.

I really want them to seriously consider a 3 year plan to get us back into contention. That means rebuilding the OL and DL, and dumping Dak's ridiculous contract. And of course, a pledge to never overpay another Cowboys player because they fell for their own hype.

This is why I really don't care all that much either. I hate to be this pessimistic, but unless they actually admit they have roster issues and look to address those issues it wont matter who is coaching and this hire will just be the fall guy three years from now.

I've truly never considered making a change in a team to follow until the last couple of years. Jerry Jones has had 3 decades to bring the Dallas fans a championship and hasn't even been close. 30 years is insane!
