It's a week to week league but there should be no doubt to anyone now that this team is not up or close to championship level. IF we make the playoffs it is one and done most likely. IF.

We will most likely meet the 49ers in the playoffs if we’re lucky. And it looks like the last two years didn’t help us prepare for them.

Doesn’t look promising right now.

Any given Sunday, as they say. That was one of my former CZ handles during my perpetually banned days.

But it's true.

You guys can sit here and whine and moan all day about a loss. It's the 49ers. We're no good. They're the best, and we're the worst. Dak this, Jerry that..

Waah!

I'm still enjoying this season. I may criticize a few things here and there. I may call the FO, staff, or players out. But I refuse to sit here in an echo chamber and let all the crying kill my vibe.

We're not getting a new QB this year. We're not going to fire McCarthy mid-season. Jerry isn't going anywhere.

Why do teams practice? Why do teams watch film? Why do teams re-evaluate after the season and before the draft?

I see a lot of tears after a loss everyone knew might come. We're good. But the 9ers are good and they have great chemistry. Still, they stomped us once; doesn't mean they stomp us every time. Even if they do, why waste your time posting if all you're going to do is post the same one or two lines about Dak or Jerral Wayne all day?

I see some of you actually enjoy airing your grievances. Mostly, about the owner or #4. I challenge you to provide a thoughtful analysis or even better realistic workable solutions that can actually help solve the problem rather repeating the same futile one-liners.

17 games. We still have 12 more to go.

Then, the playoffs.

And look at it this way. If we don't make the playoffs with this team, it'll give us reasons to make changes for next year.

Before you even [predictably] say it, yes, Jerry will be here next year. And probably Dak. But if we all know that, why bang your silly heads against the wall crying about it? It's a game. The team you like lost. You still have other things in life to be happy about, hopefully. I like winning as much as the next person. But I'm not going to let a game that I have no control over ruin my day, or level of enjoyment this season.

A lot of our fans have become as predictable as Mike McCarthy's offense. We get it. You're not happy about the loss.

The only solution for the team is to hopefully win more of the next 12 games. Any Given Sunday.

You guys have seen that movie, right?
Did you watch the so called game???

You can preach about everything but this team is overhyped garbage…

They hype themselves as the greatest with our best player saying he should be a 99 on madden.
He played like a .99 last night as did the entire team.
Hey the score could have been more lopsided and the 49ers could have gone well beyond 50 points.

1) we have no QB as Dak is regressing
2) McCarthy??? What a joke… even the clapper was better
3) JJ does not give a damn about this team as long as there are fans to support them and his team is the richest on the planet.
4) 28 years and counting… they won’t even make the playoffs this year

Friend, before you start ranting your defense. Just a point, I’ve been a fan since 1974, I have seen the good and bad…
But, the hype every season and the bs associated with these clowns is enough…

I’ve said it before and I will again, only when jerrahs team is dethroned from the top, will real changes happen.

the sky is falling on this one, its over, this team is not capable of beating the top teams with Dak at qb, therefore this season's ceiling is probably a WC win OR maybe a Divisonal round win if we luck out playing philly instead of SF.

It's not so much the Cowboys lost. I expected that. It's the way they lost that is very disturbing. On full display on national tv no less.
Exactly. The loss is almost secondary to the manner in which they lost.

I am sure this game will be dissected to pieces and the end result will be the same: SF made Dallas look inept.

What we saw last night wasn’t just a simple loss. It confirmed what many of us realists thought after the two TD loss to the Cardinals that the Cowboys are once again a fraud and aren’t going anywhere this season. This team isn’t even as good as the team we had last season.

That wasn’t a loss. That was a beat down. And we have more coming I’m afraid. Cowboys are so happy with themselves when they beat down the crap teams and act like they’ve accomplished something. This team doesn’t have the mental fortitude to win a meaningful game.

Totally fair to enjoy the season, as will I as it’s 3 hours on a Sunday or game day where I can relax and not worry about work etc but I’ll do it with extremely tempered expectations- which isn’t that hard for me because I try to not get too high or too low on this team week to week.

How about a loss to Arizona too?

Does that count?

Well then by that logic, he's not hte reason they lost either.

Thanks for admitting this though. It reinforces the fact that there's no logic or anything to the people who hate him. They could win every game for the next 5 years and it would be "in spite of Dak" regardless of how he plays.
Your qb play should be one of the main reasons you win. Dak can’t get it done. How many times must this be proven?

What we learned last night is that at this moment in time the 49ers are the better team. The Cowboys have 13 weeks to figure out how to close the gap. The gap is not 32 points worth. But it is significant. The most disturbing thing I saw was how badly outcoached we were on both sides of the ball. Their guys were consistently in the right place on defense and their receivers were consistently running buck nekkid in our secondary. Call it coaching, call it poor execution, whatever you like.. But it has to get better.

I might be in the minority here, but its not the SINGLE loss, its HOW they lost. Whenever facing a legit team their old habits seem to resurface. Bad play calling, penalties and turnover. It's the same thing over and over, year after year.

I would then say that you are a football fan not a Cowboys fan. Basically you are saying you do not care if the Boys win or lose.
