We didn't play to beat the blitz most of the game. It's football 101. The D does this...then the O counters with...

In a Garrett system, we just continue to do the same thing but hope for different results. Einstein had a saying about that...

Considering that this was a make-or-break play for Dallas, why didn’t Dak (or the coaches?) survey the D scheme, then call time and talk things over on the sideline, you know...just to make sure?

They didn’t have to hurry, but it seemed like they simply rushed into a pre-called play...and we all saw the results.

This is really a dumb team.

Yes, Garrett does absolutely nothing strategic whatsoever.

Nobody in the backfield to help pick up the blitz. Zero threat of the run.

The team is not smart. The coaches ain’t helping at all.

Why not call a timeout there too? You already used one stupid timeout, having two timeouts wasn't gonna do much unless you recover an onside kick.

We wouldn’t have converted anyways. This team is too incompetent to play well on such an important play. They didn’t want it hard enough and you can tell this team doesn’t care at all. They literally just watched the ball go into the dirt. No diving. No emotions from losing their 3rd straight game. Just watched the ball go into the dirt and walked off the field. That should tell you enough.
