Can anyone update this thread on where we will be at with the Roy signing. I have heard that we are in serious trouble in the near future, (next 3 yrs). Is this true?
See post #195 as noted in the thread title.

Thanks Guys.

Yeah, I just looked at it after reading your responses. I guess my question isnt so much how is our cap number this yr, but has anyone taken the time to break down where we will be in the next few years when alot of our backloaded contracts all kinda hit at the same time. Plus, the Demarcus Ware signing (when it happens)...will we have the room, etc.

If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it. Thanks again.

I know i have been told its not true, but i swear your Stephen.

Sadly, that question is impossible to answer, given the unsettled labor situation... if we get to an uncapped year next year, all bets will be off, and if they negotiate an agreement before then, the rules will undoubtedly be changed...

Say Adam,

What is the real number at this time a day from FA. Seen alot of reports that it is 12.3 million under the cap. Is that just a function of the new cap $$ for 2009?
