Beinsports launches today. It is the new home for La liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Npower championship, Capital One Cup and CONMEBOL world cup qualifiers. So far it's only on Directv, though.

I know he predominately plays wing, but they move him back to right back from time to time. He played quite a bit of right back in their recent exhibition games. Part of that is because Raphael was playing in the Olympics, but Valencia is also a versatile guy. It also allows Nani to play at his natural right wing position where he is the most comfortable.

Yes but IMO thats just crazy - Valencia is considered one of the best - if not the best RW in the world - you shouldn't be moving him from there.

I hear you. This is one of the reasons I am loath to get rid of Directv ( that and ST)

But regarding your sig, yes. A thousand times yes.

Told ya RVP was coming to United. Obviously a huge move for the Red Devils. I mean, when Chicharito is your fourth option at striker, you know you are loaded.

Best part of this for me.....obviously I never liked RVP while at arsenal, but I never loathed him either. I always respected his game. I can welcome him with open arms. Unlike say......any of the d bags on City or Liverpool. Now that would have been tough to swallow. But RVP? Bring it on.....gonna be awesome to watch!

Also, I think you guys are writing some revisonist history just b/c United crashed out of CL last year. They've won the thing 3 times, and been runners up twice more. Three of those 5 final appearances have come since 2008! Only 6 clubs have won it more. And of those six, United has won it more recently than all of them except for Barca, who of course, beat United to do it. Point is, United is strong in CL too, and you'd be be foolish to write them out of that competition over one bad season.

Glory Glory......

Pretty disappointing for Liverpool so far down 2-0 and a man down vs West Brom. Dominate possession with nothing to show for it. Not unlike last year.

Tuned in to the Arsenal tie with about 87 minutes gone. Meh. I see that the Spurs are about to be live on Fox Sports Soccer...

Liverpool was an absolute disaster today. Arsenal has no firepower now. Both are in for long seasons, I think.

It's a rebuilding year for Liverpool. Will take a while to adapt to Rodgers style. Score made game look worse than it was though. Things gout out of hand after Agger was sent off.

I thought his penalty was bad, but the one a few minutes later was atrocious. Player was not going to goal and nowhere near having a scoring opportunity. Just a stupid foul to take. West Brom's first goal was spectacular. What a strike.

I am a big Bayern Munich fan. I have lived in Munich so it was mandatory. I think it would be cool if the MLS champion got to play in the CL.

Man City with a rollercoaster win. I'm not sure if their back four is good enough to top United this year.

Chelsea? I'm quickly becoming a big Eden Hazard fan. Chelsea v Newcastle will be fun next week.
