Really good class.

You mentioned Brissett, but there's also Paxton Lynch, and Cook, Jones who are probably longshots but who may float around the league.

Then there's the later round guys I know some people here liked, like Driskel, Doughty, Brandon Allen, Sudfeld. Hogan had some fans, looked pretty bad but hey it's Cleveland.

I haven't really followed many of those guys but I wouldn't be surprised to hear their names come up at some point.

Here's a good question.
In a re-draft with every team with hindsight, which QB gets selected first from the 2016 draft?
I still take Dak.

IMO a redraft would likely be Wentz, Goff, Prescott. All high 1st rd picks. Scouts, GMs, and HCs still prefer the big arm.

Dak can throw the ball 65-70 yds. He did it in preseason last year for a td in the end zone. His arm this season is stronger after working out at a qb camp this offseason.

Dak has a special leadership quality, and I'm pretty sure that is something scouts, GMs and HCs won't overlook if this qb class was redrafted.

All I know is that if Dak, Wentz, or Goff were drafted by the Browns, we would never hear about them again. Cleveland is where QB's go and die. They are cursed, or something.

I think when it is all said and done, Goff will come out on top.........as an overall accumulation of miscellaneous accolades.

I like our value better with Dak though, can't beat using a 4th rounder for a franchise QB. He is plenty good enough to win a ring with. I have no clue where he will rank with Wentz when they retire but I imagine pretty close together.

Goff may never hit his potential but all the tools are there.
