We need Mo, I hope we retain him but the injuries are a concern. Unless we can get a good corner in free agency, I don't think drafting to replace Mo is a good idea it takes awhile usually to develop a corner and we will probably be a contender. Keep either Church or Wilcox, draft a pass rusher and sign another one in free agency.

Twill can kick rocks, get another WR. Is Whitehead under contract? I want him gone too.

Thoughts:

* Jaylon Smith absolutely needs to recover from injury and play.

* Dallas will gain cap room after Romo release.

* Getting FA (tier 2) pass rusher is priority #1.

* Resign Church, David Irving. Offer either Mo or Carr a 1 year deal.

* Rebuild CB & DT thru draft. Also draft WR within first 3 rounds.

Guys forgot Carr.

I would keep T. McClain with plaing time bonuses, funny he is healthy in a contract year.

I would offer the same to Claiborne, either way I offer Carr a team friendly contract, Claiborne still needs to prove he can actually survive a 16 game schedule.

I would keep butler at a cheaper deal than I would offer Williams if I was to offer Williams a deal, williams at least has a track record, butler barely has a track sample.

If Romo stays get rid of moore and Sanchez and draft a later round QB do it every year if need be.

The rest can go or be gone.

I dont trust McClain in non-contract year.

Do and add Alshon Jeffrey as a FA, and you have a young dynasty in the making. Also Romo will be traded, not released.

Agree in general, but there is no reason to cut Hanna, Wilbur, Dunbar or Jack Crawford.

It bothers me that so many want Church back. He's already athletically challenged and he's getting older. What's going on here?

Nothing I said here is blind team supporting. You have seen Collins play OT in college, not in the NFL against NFL players, so it's really just a stab in the dark on your part to assume he can play RT.

As far as him being better than Free, he may be, but I don't think that's a bar set very high. I still think he can be a dominant player at guard, and don't see him being dominant at RT. Our plan to replace Free just should not involve Collins imo.

You saw him play OT in college not in the NFL. So it's really just a stab in the dark to assume he won't be dominant at RT here.

Hey, this is fun.

I'm not the one saying definitively that he could/can't make the switch

I can't go there kaiser. As Garrett says we are only interested in guys who can get to field. Alshon too injury prone.

I agree.......draft a WR..........spend on D

I am down with that. I believe every team who has ever gone to Super Bowl has atleast 40 sacks on D. I don't think this defense will get to 30. Dallas can't go into another season with dynamic talents like Dak, Zeke & Dez and not have decent pass rush. I would rather have holes in secondary or LB.

There are no defenders to spend on, especially at DE.

then sign 3 different Mayowa types and then draft 2 more. One of them with turn out to be player. Dallas will have to throw numbers at this. But one thing is certain - they can not go into another season with one of worst pass rushes in league. If they do it will waste every special thing Dak & Zeke are currently putting on display.
