Kawhi destroyed one franchise, delayed another, and accidentally built a dynasty.

The Raptors just won a championship and would’ve competed for years, but he left them, putting them in play-in purgatory for the next 7 years.

The Clippers had a strong, deep team, with young talent. They blew it all up for Kawhi and George (who Kawhi demanded they get). 7 years later, no success and now they’re in full rebuild.

Meanwhile, the Clippers had to throw in SGA for George in order to get Kawhi. They also threw in picks, one which led to J Will. Now, SGA and J Will are champions and a potential dynasty.

All because Kawhi didn’t want to stay in a city that just won him a championship.

And now he’s back in that city. They traded young talent and picks to get him. He might be the gift that keeps on giving.

They didn’t trade much Ingram stays hurt and Grady just isn’t good.
