I just saw he got waived. I figured as much.I just saw that Paul does not need to report to Raptors and Raptors could still trade Paul tomorrow before the deadline

AD is fools gold, and Washington spent alot for it. Five picks isn't " nothing". Especially when you are talking about a guy that has played 70 games in the last two years and costs 50 million a year. AD might as well be a negative asset at this point, and they just fleeced Washington for two first round picksI mean they traded nothing to get AD though. Unlike us. I'd trade for AD every ay out of the week. He's a great player. I wouldn't trade anything substantial for him though. Certainly not Luka.
Yeah to me a lottery protected pick from the Warriors in 2030.....a OKC 2026 pick.....it's just late 1st rounders and that's probably all we could get for him so I get it. It's the best we can do. I don't think it was a steal. I guess it depends who you draft with those picks ultimately. And then it depends if AD is healthy for the Wiz.AD is fools gold, and Washington spent alot for it. Would not be surprised if Washington with AD and Trae Young ends up about as successful as Brooklyn with aging Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.AD is fools gold, and Washington spent alot for it.
