Not sure, but they also get a 21 year old and a 22 year old former 1st round pick
Yeah the picks stink but we are past that. Ad value hit the damn floor smh.

I mean at this point it probably was the best deal available.I’d take any picks for a guy who probably got hurt reading this! Looks nice
The 2030 Warriors pick is top 20 protected but whatever. Huge win for the Mavs IMO.That seems like a lot to get back for AD are those picks protected? If not I like the deal
I think the trade is crap but it is what it is. Top 20 protected is extreme right when they are about to suck damn…..The 2030 Warriors pick is top 20 protected but whatever. Huge win for the Mavs IMO.
Isn’t he a free agent after this year?I do not care for the crappy picks but happy to get rid of Davis' contract so that is a win for the Mavericks
No, next year but has a player option in 2028 for $62 millionIsn’t he a free agent after this year?
Ahh ok so there's at least some cap relief....even though the free agency class doesn't look good but I see some guys who can help. No, next year but has a player option in 2028 for $62 million
Cleared a ton of cap, got draft picks and got a young player for a broken bodied big man that only played in 29 games for them. I get what you're saying but nobody can convince me this was a bad deal for the Mavs.I think the trade is crap but it is what it is. I think it was especially when you factor in its essentially for Luka.Cleared a ton of cap, got draft picks and got a young player for a broken bodied big man that only played in 29 games for them. I get what you're saying but nobody can convince me this was a bad deal for the Mavs.
Just getting two 1st for AD is amazing. And a 33m expiring Middleton contract to boot. Mavs will be able to facilitate alot of moves this offseason and stack assetsCleared a ton of cap, got draft picks and got a young player for a broken bodied big man that only played in 29 games for them. It also opens up possibilities over the next 24 hours of the deadline that they didn't have before. Lot's of speculation that they aren't done yet.Just getting two 1st for AD is amazing. They just did what good front offices do. They took advantage of a bad front office. This deal makes as sence for the Wizard as the Trey Young trade did. None. They handed over two first round picks, three 2nds to take on one of the worst contracts in the NBAI think it was especially when you factor in its essentially for Luka.
Plus the Luka trade was a failure and you sort of have to just get what you can for AD at this point.
I think it's the best deal available honestly. At least I hope it was. It might've been the best deal available. I don't think any of the players we got back are worth anything. But I'm intrigued by Bagley. I've been impressed with him these last two years. Not saying hes' living up to his potential but he's become a solid rotational player. I do wonder what Kidd can get out of him.
Poor Chris Paul shipped to Canada to finish his farwell season.

I mean they traded nothing to get AD though. Unlike us. I'd trade for AD every ay out of the week. He's a great player. I wouldn't trade anything substantial for him though. Certainly not Luka. They just did what good front offices do. They took advantage of a bad front office. This deal makes as sence for the Wizard as the Trey Young trade did. None.
