Good post! The Spurs are in a good place in terms of team chemistry. No need to do much tweaking with their talented young core other than to continue their development. Depth and injury is always a concern.
I do think they need to upgrade the backup center position. Kornet is a decent backup but they need better IMO.
Their top draft choice could be the answer depending on his growth.
If not maybe they can trade for another rugged vet.
I say this because it seemed whenever the "Alien" needed a breather the opposing team would make a run. I saw this on a regular basis during their run.
One concern I have with the Spurs taking that next step is their young head coach.
I feel like he made some questionable decisions during the finals (game plan and roster)
I don't believe they need an upgrade at this point. Just something to keep an eye on moving forward.
Hopefully he can continue to grow along with the team.
