Draft Day ***2026 NFL Draft day 2 thread****

Haha…espn and Greenie having to apologize for saying the Boston pick was the son of WR Boston

It a medical flag for sure. He actually ran a 4.37 at his pro day. BUT, they found something called a "bone plug" in his knee that was used as part of the acl procedure. Teams fear he might need another procedure that would have a long recovery time. But, end of round or one of 3 4th round picks? Why not.
I just read the same. Something along the lines of cutting a part of the bone that isn't load bearing, and moving it to where the ligament attaches. Automatic missed season if they redo the surgery. If it doesn't stick, his career is effectively over.

Still...we could use help at corner, and he ran well at his pro day. Throwing a 4th at him doesn't sound so bad if other options are lacking.

78 and 79 are trade up spots because the Colts and Falcons don't have much draft capital. If you want to trade up for Keionte Scott or WR Chris Bell.

He’s still a 3rd round draft pick. Lots of great players have been selected, so far, just as many not so good ones. Time will tell. We’ll see. Kudos for the Greenard acquisition. Decorum prevents me from sharing my actual sentiments here.
It feels like Howie just swindled a team without a GM. And 25m$ a year is actually much lower than I thought he was demanding
