You’re missing my point. Jerry deserves blame because he’s the head of the snake. But you can’t have it both ways. Jerry did not let Jimmy just do what ever he wanted.

This thing we call a dynasty doesn’t happen in the 90s without Jerry and Jimmy. It just doesn’t.

Like these guys are on equal footing? Jimmy built and prepared that team. Prepared being the most important aspect cause some seem to think coaching is unimportant. Jerry handled the business side of things and that all changed once Jimmy left.

Jerry never said no to Jimmy, and Jerry never made a personnel decision. He didn't even know who the players were. Just stop. This isn't new information.
He didn’t tell him no? Does that not mean he had to get Jerrys approval lol? You guys are revising history and it’s odd.

Jimmy was in charge of the roster. Once Jerry tried to be "part of the fun" (actual quote) .. that was the beginning of the end. That is a fact.
Not even close...provide the quote referenced.

No I wouldn’t put them on equal footing it was clear Jimmy was the football guy. But let’s also recognize neither Jimmy nor Jerry have won a ring without each other…..and yes I understand Jerry technically did but with Jimmys team.

But he was “a part of the fun” in the Hershel Walker trade lol.

Jimmy not only made that trade he's the one who came up with the value system on draft picks that everyone uses today. You're seriously fooling yourself. Jerry might've been in the room but you think some oil guy is going to mastermind a blockbuster while the guy who's been coaching for 25 years just sits and learns. LOL 30 + years later and he's still making a living on people actually believing this garbage.

Jimmy Johnson was GM as per his contract when the Walker and Haley trades were made.
Show me this contract that you seem to believe exists. Jimmy was nothing more than an Employee. In todays world he would be considered an At Will employee. The CEO always makes all the calls as it’s his/her butt or money on the line. Jimmy Jump Up was a highly glorified teacher, nothing more. Did I enjoy Jimmys tenure…Hell Yeah!

You’re making this up I never said Jerry masterminded the Walker trade lol. It’s a fact that Jimmy and Jerry were calling teams to see who wanted to take part in that trade it wasn’t just Jimmy….also are we going to mention that Jimmy tried to trade Michael Irvin for on the Raiders instead of Walker?

Throwing at a wall makes an artistic effective...but isn't real football with truthful events as well.

He was intense and wouldn't put up with less than full team commitment. Peeing on a coach's car didn't help, lol.

When Chad Hennings picked him up off his feet and slammed him feet still off the floor, into the lockers. Well, kind of could relate from that point forward. Eventually he was diagnosed with bi-polar and stayed on meds.
Come on man, you never peed on your bosses car?

Nope, was a Veteran for 23...not even close. NCO for 19...and not any weed either.
Well being a Veteran I don’t think has much to do with it to be honest. To pee on your bosses car takes a Special kind of Special! 23 years, you must have a very nice Pension! Good for you taking care of business…Ty!

This one may be a head scratcher, but Terry Glenn helped turn the Cowboys around in 2003. After bringing in Bill Parcells after three straight 5-11 seasons, Jones spent the offseason upgrading the offense. One addition was Glenn, who Dallas traded for from the Green Bay Packers for a 2004 sixth round pick.

Glenn was hobbled by injuries in Green Bay, making most believe his best days were behind him. He proved critics wrong, leading the Cowboys in receiving that season with 754 yards and five touchdowns. Alongside Joey Galloway and rookie Jason Witten, Dallas enjoyed their best offensive season under quarterback Quincy Carter. The team made the playoffs at 10-6 for the first time since 1999.
