No, I've never suggested that wide recievers be distinguished by left and right denominations.

So are you picking and choosing what's right and what's wrong as far as what the depth chart says? I mean if LOLB and ROLB is right, then shouldn't LWR and RWR be right too?

I don't play Madden. I haven't played it in about 10 years. I haven't the slightest idea what they're called on Madden.

I don't blame you. The game just blows. They have no competition in the video football game industry and therefore have no reason to really improve the game at a reasonable rate. They do slight "Add ons" and "improvements" every year, but nothing big. It makes sense, why spend a whole lot of money developing the game when people are gonna buy it anyway?

I've barely played any of the last 3 versions and I even got the 2006 version free.


Oh, and they're referred to "LOLB/ROLB" in madden. But in Madden LBs never switch (like in real life) unless you make them switch.

They do, however, name a "FS" and a "SS" separately, but they also never switch. So it's a meaningless title in that sense.

If you can find a single credible poster who will honestly argue that calling the linebacker that lines up on the outside and on the right side of the defense (i.e., the position that Ware lines up most often in) the ROLB, then yes I will retire from Cowboys Zone for one year, unless I can persuade him otherwise.

Hell, in Zimmer's version of the 3-4, Ware basically was a DE (most of the time).

I'm sure it was his 4.8 40 time that stopped him from drafting him. On the bright side (no pun intended) he got a 35 on the Wonderlic.

that's why you don't fall in love with combine numbers..........and we are talking 6th or 7th round we could've had him.......nah, players like Zuriel Smith and Justin Bates are better.
