This is not a statement on who stays and who goes but a lot of you need to stop deciding on guys after a couple of bad plays. They’ll make 20 good blocks and then get a holding, false start, or miss a block and that’s what you notice and latch on to. It’s lazy and stupid.

Er...it's really not. To your point of 20 good blocks extrapolated to a game with around 65 snaps. That would mean during a game a player has 3 bad plays (false start, hold and missed block resulting in a negative play). That's a pretty bad day at the office for one lineman. If we have ANY offensive lineman committing 2 penalties per game they need to be benched.

I could see Rush and DiNooch getting the boot. That gives Greer the whole game, or they can test out someone for emergency QB duties. I'd also think some of the bottom WRs might be gone. Brandon Smith and Robinson being those two. Then the other cut likely, imo, would be Quandre Mosley.
I don't see both Rush and DiNooch getting cut, unless they bring one of them back after the Seattle game.

I always think it's funny how some fans throw in players we've seen with the "starters" among the first cuts instead of down-roster guys. Wright has played poorly, but he is essentially a second-team corner, so we should not expect him to be cut yet. I think your list if fairly accurate, although I don't expect DiNucci to go yet. Maybe someone like Jacquarii Roberson who we've barely seen at receiver. Quandre Mosely, Amon Simon and Isaac Taylor-Stewart are also options, and maybe be in line ahead of Jones and Thomas.
I think Taylor-Stewart will be in this round of cuts as well. The guy has looked lost on the field in the two games.

Yeah, I think we get too caught up in our twos being beaten by other teams' twos, when its the threes and fours being beaten by other teams' threes and fours that are the first cut concern. Being beaten by a team's third receiver as a corner isn't as bad as being beaten by a team's fifth or sixth or seventh receiver.

Nashon Wright should be at the top of the list. I’d also cut Rush. Let Grier play the whole 3rd preseason game. Put the nooch back on the PS.

they like and trust Rush.

Nooch and Grier are fighting over the QB3 practice squad job.

He deserves to stick around just for having the name Big Cat. Was he named after Andres Galarraga or is this a "He Hate Me" kinda thing?
Big Kat is my Pet Kat.
Don't tell him though.
He might take it wrong and hurt me.

Do we have 5 injured guys who aren’t making the 53?

Will Turpin sit out this game?
