yeah , but now they have a starting QB in Vick, before they didn;t have anyone of that quality. The closet was the backup QB garcia. Which had already failed to take over for steve young.

What quality does Vick have? He was an overpaid runningback masquerading as a starting QB. Kolb is every bit a QB as Vick and is just as good as Mcflabb. hell, give him a year in the starting position, he will be better then him. Which, I hope never happens.

Getting rid of a career choke artist might improve the Eagles' chances of actually getting something to put in the trophy case.

I think you are selling McNabb waaay too short and giving waay to much credit to a totally unproven QB. We lost Aikman, look how long it took us to find another star QB. The Broncos lost Elway, they're still looking. The 49ers lost Young, still looking. Kolb is the next great QB? The odds would suggest otherwise. And there is a reason why the Eagles have been one of the more successful franchises the past ten years - McNabb.

They would be INSANE to let McNabb go -- they're smarter than that, this is probably just more speculation from the masses.
