whenever I see a sign on a restaurant that Kids Eat Free on (name a day) I know it is the beginning of the end and will be out of business within the year.

IHOP has been doing that for a very long time.

My last time though Des Monies there is still a Bonanza there, I believe there are a small number of them and Bennigans around still. Is Sizzler still around haven't seen one of them in years lol.

Bonanza has 13 locations still open.
Bennigans has 17 locations still open.
Sizzler is littered all over the west coast.

to this day when I see or hear "IHOP" all I can think of is the scene from Mr. Deeds.....

I can honestly say I only ate at one of those - Sambo's.

I was in Sambo's way back in the 1970s I believe

I know it wasn't Fast Food but I miss Howard Johnson's.

Captain D's used to be more popular. I think there's one on pioneer in Grand Prairie still. Going head to head w long johns was a bad idea.

I miss the long john silvers all you can eat night.
